Onelife Fitness - Skyline

This gym allows loud talking, they do not have control of the temperature in the building (it was over 5 degrees yesterday because they had the heat on), and they allow individuals to use their cell phone everywhere in the gym. The trainers sit on machines while training their clients, taking the machines from the members. Do not join!

I've used Onelife Skyline since 2013 and love the gym! It's huge, provides an enormous selection of equipment, and a good variety of group classes. It's affordable and provides everything under one roof.

I rejoined this location after the pandemic and I stand by my review. They really took care of their members during a hard time and made rejoining a breeze. I also loved the new Smart Start process- it gave me a good vision of where I am currently and what my potential is in reference to my fitness goals. 100% recommend this club if you're in the market for a great gym in the area!

I’ve been going to Onelifefitness for two years if a machine gets break down it will take months to fix it, for intense, this leg extension machine has been broken for over three weeks but it hasn’t been fix yet because of poor management and lack of responsibility.

Love this place. Employees are super nice and very attentive and very helpful. Great location. Great equipment and easy to use. Near everything. Need a meal after your workout? Lots to choose from. Overall a great place to workout. Want to do tennis, they have tennis courts. Want to swim? They got a 2 lane pool upstairs with a jacuzzi. Steam room and sauna. Love it.

I love this gym.The only downside is the hours. They close super early on holidays and it is not posted anywhere. As well as they close much earlier than they used too. If you like to work out in the late evening. This is not the gym for you. I recently canceled my planet fitness, results fitness and xport for this gym and I regret it. Due to closing at 9pm or 10pm or earlier it leaves everyone who works 9am to 5pm crowded in the space and has to fight for equipment.Please honor the old hours and stay open till 10pm or 11pm. Thank you

**UPDATE** This club is such a gem! The trainers are top-notch and incredibly knowledgeable, you can tell how much everyone cares who works here! I also have a new love for tennis, I have gotten exponentially better with Carol's help! LOVE THIS PLACE!I have been at this club for the last 6 months. I workout regularly with Mike B., he is extremely knowledgeable and helps to keep me on track with my goals but also makes it really fun! There are a lot of improvements currently being made to the facility and I am excited to see where we are 6 months from now!

I have been a member at many gyms and can say this was by far my favorite. I was a member for a year before moving. The gym isn't the newest, but is always clean has all the machines and weights needed (and organized well). I love the track and turf space and flexibility to complete all different types of workouts. I haven't found this elsewhere. The staff knew my name, would ask about my job, and were a joy. There was a OneLife closer to my house but would drive further just to go to this one. Members are friendly and sociable, which is unique too. Working during the first lockdown (in-person) sucked, but going to OneLife was always a daily highlight.

Turn around and don't come to this gym or its affiliates!They are very predatory with their memberships/contracts, especially when it comes to canceling.If you call the number they'll tell you to come in, when you come in they're not available. If you try and cancel online they ask you to write a letter.It's a scheme and I don't want any part of it.For those that need to cancel follow these steps:1. Send an email to the GM and the membership email line2. Forward the email and any response they give you to your bank3. Have your bank block any future collections from the gymThis place was cool at first but goodness gracious what a dumpster fire it has been to cancel!I'm moving out of state...not switching gyms, why is this so hard?! Good grief.

The staff at this gym are very helpful and friendly, and the gym facilities are nice.However, the company itself is terrible to deal with if you need to cancel your account. They have no problem charging your credit card every month but somehow have difficulty finding your information when you request a cancellation. They make you jump through hoops and provide really poor customer service. For this reason, I cannot recommend any Onelife Fitness gyms.
