One of the best staff out there especially Muhammad Tahir he's a very generous, friendly , nice guy at the front desk always greets me in and puts a smile on my face. If your looking for a gym this is by far the best gym out there. I'm so happy being a Onelife member.

Awesome gym! I moved up here from the VB area and getting my membership transferred from OneLife down there to up here was a breeze. The staff is always nice, there is plenty of equipment, and there is a lot of room to workout without feeling like you are right next to someone.

I worked out there before Corona started and it's always clean, able to exercise without having to wait for machines all the time. Employee 's are very polite, swimming pool, tennis, and other classes available. It's a very good gym.Reason why I gave it two stars is because there are too many people working out with out mask. It is not mandatory in the gyms. Don't workout there anymore because I have two people at home that are immune compromised so I can not take a chance, even though I wear my mask, that I catch it and give it to my family.

-Great gym with all of the bells and whistles. Just signed up recently. This place is legit though and has everything you need. It is HUGE and there seems to be motivated people there which is ideal for reaching goals. Great overall environment. 10/10 would recommend.-Also, there appears to be some trolls on this page with no picture and 1/5 reviews. Pay no attention to that. Probably just one person who does not understand how contractual obligations work. The gym is affordable, especially for what you get.-Also one review on here was 1/5 and was about people sweating too much. That is a clown comment. It is a gym...-Evan is a good trainer, highly recommend him!

Great location. Large open space for a good workout. I haven’t had any issues finding equipment for workouts and everyone is super friendly. It’s as clean as can be for such a large space. I was during the lockdown period and I swear I saw the GM on his hands and knees cleaning things. It was great to see that level of effort to meet the required standards. I haven’t had any parking issues when I come in. Maybe just the time of the day I arrive. I strongly recommend this location if you’re in the area.

Good gym equipment but the staff could be a little warmer and more welcoming when it comes to attending to potential new clients. They didn't seem very eager to take my friend as a client.

I came here for my first time to check the gym and since I stepped in I had such a wonderful service. The general manager Dennis and the sales manager Leticia (look for her btw) trated me so well and everyone who was coming... all the staff are amazing. I could not leave without signing up because besides the great customer service the gym is amazing as well!

Under construction. Limited equipment. The pool is DISGUSTING. I remained a member for over a year simply because it was convenient then when I try to cancel the GM continues to charge well after cancellation date.Just go to Planet Fitness or Gold's Gym and get a membership to Wakefield pool across the street if you want to swim.

Overall I would say this is a good gym. They have a lot of equipment especially for the serious lifter. 3-4 squat racks, 4 platforms and a large turf area. The front desk guy James is super sweet, funny and pleasant. It's always nice to see him when I check in. The trainers are some of the highest quality and most genuine people you'll meet.
