Been a member for several months now. Great facility and staff is awesome. Only complaint is showers either take forever to get hot or don't get hot at all and the gym is always freezing!!

The staff are the best. They always have a smile and a warm welcome and goodbye. I have been to a few others locations and I didn't experience the friendly environment I get at the Mount Vernon, Alexandria location. Love this location!

I would say the best planet fitness. It is amazingly clean, friendly staff, and not as over populated as other planet fitness locations. The soace for everything is equally spaced out on the floor in turn makes it easier and more convenient when working out.

I love going to Planet Fitness on Sacramento Drive, Alexandria. To me, it is exercise made easy. I go in, I check the personal training board to see if I want to have a lesson, or I just jump on a machine. I never have to wait for my choice of equipment. Planet Fitness suits my lifestyle and I have several friends who are members too.

Recommend this club to everyone! Attractive atmosphere, helped me physically so much in my life, can't wait until I can make time to come and my favorite place to be. The staff is kind and helpful and this is a great experience. Club is clean bathrooms are beautiful, the staff is always kind and pleasant this is a terrific place to be. Very gratefull for this place I am trying to get all my friends to join. Prices are unbeatable and the value you get is great.

Great gym and love this location specifically because of the quiet and friendly environment. They are missing the self lock lockers in the locker room that I have seen at a few people other locations as well as the 10 minute ab station that goes well with the 30 minute workout station but I understand that this is a smaller location but due really well with its size when comparing to other Planet Fitness gyms.

I'm enjoying this gym so far. The women's locker room is spacious. Day 4 of taking showers at the gym and I finally got a hot one! 😰😅👏👏👏 Next, please increase the water pressure. I also wished the water massage beds were longer than 6 minutes when the gym is fairly empty. As soon as I begin to relax, I have to get up and find an attendant to ask for another go. Great job, so far, on keeping the machines working!

The best place to workout! I am so glad you guys open and most comfortable place to workout. I love plannet fitness and staff is amazing and so friendly. My whole family has the mememb3ership now. Thank you plannet fitness

Very happy to have a gym so close to me and at a very affordable price ($10). I also like that I never have to wait for a machine. Sadly these positive factors are neutralized by the strange bordering inappropriate behavior from a staff member. First off he is constantly walking back and forth often looking up at me as I'm trying to use the treadmill. Second ( this is something I witnessed only once so far) he was in the women's bathroom while a member walked into the women's bathroom for a good two minutes. Lastly ( my breaking point) while I was in the bathroom I hear him coming in so I yell out that someone's in here and he rudely pokes his head in and says " I didn't know you were in here". There was absolutely no need for him to come in and go back and forth with me. Please fix this.

Nice gym with a very cool staff, that makes sure the gym is in tip top shape all day. A lot of people say they hate planet fitness's because they discriminate against people who take weight lifting and training seriously but this gym seems to have found a balance. Only thing i would like in change is toning down some of the ac a little sometimes, because its hard to work out when you take a 30 sec rest and your muscle get cold.
