This facility has the nicest kindest employees in the area. Every time I come in they always have a smile on their face and I always feel welcomed. I am one of the early birds typically around 4am and it's always great to see the facility clean and we'll put together. I actually transferred from a location out in Manassas to this facility because of it's cleanliness an staff. I am a happy planet fitness member. I highly recommend this facility on top of it being a 24 hour facility. Thank you staff and gym owner.

I'm here visiting for a week from Colorado. This Planet Fitness is just like the other ones I've been to: there's lots of people, but it's not too busy. It's clean. And it's got decent air conditioning.

Wide variety of machines and equipment to choose from. Convenient hours of operation that allows me to exercise when I can

Rude staff here that laughed in my face at my frustrations with the facility. Constantly broken machines that are old and poor quality to begin with. They also suddenly forced me to give them a picture after months of membership because they assume you are sneaking in others otherwise. Glad to be canceling, there are much better options around.Actions speak louder than condescending responses on here, and I have seen none of any significance.

I was a planet fitness member for five and a half years. I came in in person in February 2023 to cancel my membership I moved to an apartment with a full gym. I’m found out months later the employee who helped me never cancelled my membership and I’ve been charged 7 months of black card member fees. I’ve called for weeks trying to speak to the general manager and she won’t call me back and is intentionally avoiding me. It’s been extremely difficult to get any kind of help with the error their employee made and I unfortunately don’t think they will ever help me or take accountability. After five and a half years as a member even through COVID-19 I would expect more attention to my complaint.

The gym is always crowded. People occupy machines and not use them. Equipments are broken and torn for weeks and no one fixes them. Can find weight anywhere.

This place is always clean and well kept. Kudos to the remarkable staff for doing such a great job!!

I’ve been to planet fitnesses in multiple states (I travel for work) and this is by far the worst planet fitness I have ever been to. The cleaning bottles are nowhere to be found, 90% of the dumbbells have been stolen and they have no plans to replace them. The staff were unprofessional and this place was just bad vibes.
