Best planet fitness on Richmond highway

Clean and nice gym.Gym have a lot of equipments. Gym have everything people want special tanning beds, messages beds and chairs. Gym staff nice and friendly. Membership cost is reasonable. I enjoyed every minute during times at gym.

I attend PF daily. The facility is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities like massage chairs and toning machines are always clean and operational. Great gym, 100% recommended!

I have been going to this location since it opened. The staff is very friendly, equipment and space is clean. Now that PF has re-opened, they are doing a great job at cleaning and making spray bottles available to everyone to take around the gym with them. I missed going during the shutdown and am very glad to be back!!

It was fantastic great hydro bed massage if you never had one from planet fitness go and try it its worth every penny of being a black card member with all the perks and benefits 😀 😄 😉 👍 …

Great place to work out. Staff was friendly!

Spray bottles of anti-viral fluid are given to every member upon entry, and everyone seems to spray and wipe down the equipment after each use. The gym isn't busy when I'm there around noon, so it's easy to use the machines. Employees are diligent about cleaning. Exercise equipment is separated, so that there is more space between members. The only negative comment I have is that only some people are wearing masks, and even though it's a bit inconvenient to wear a mask while working out, it would create an additional buffer from virus exposure. Planet Fitness should at least recommend the use of masks.

So the new treadmills don't have the option of entering your weight to get accurate calories burnt?

I really like the gym, clean and well kept, but I have an issue with a person at the front desk today. When I entered the gym on Monday, 16 January 2023 at about 1:45pm there was nobody at the front desk. I waited about 5 minutes before walking around trying to find someone. By this time there were several people at the front desk waiting for assistance. After about another 5 minutes, I walked around again and found a guy in a PF t-shirt enjoying the hydromassage chair. I asked him if he know where the person who was supposed to be at the front desk was and he said that it was him but that he "was on his break." I told him that there were people at the front desk, but he told me again that he was on his break and his replacement had failed to show up. I asked him if he would be please come to the desk and to his credit he did, but with an attitude.The front desk should never be left unattended. That is a customer service issue as well as an important safety issue.If you are on duty and your relief does not show up, you stay on the desk and call your supervisor to get relief. I hope this was an isolated incident.
