Its actually very clean whenever I go... really surprises me becuase i barely ever see thay many employees

Careful ! the teenage girl who has a silly appearance is shockingly rude and very recklessly dealing with customers. I am a black card member and have been in many other Plant fitness where i have been being interacted by very respectful and polite youths in front desk. i hope the management let her find another job where she can use that inappropriate mood and method of helping customers.

The staff at this particular location is young and relatively respectful, but there’s a short, stout, female employee who clearly lacks professionalism and can be quite contentious when engaging customers. She’s rude, nonchalant, and has no customer service skills. I believe other reviewers have also mentioned her horrible behavior. I’m unsure if management will step-in and rectify her rudeness, but you can’t truly be responsible for the actions of others, even if they’re your employee.November 2022 will be my last month dealing with this, I’ll pay the extra $$ and return to LA Fitness…and yes, I’m the tall black guy w/ long locs, who’s there 6 days a week…transparency is key.

I really want to give 0 stars to this Gym!! How in the world could you call the police to kick out at 16 year old boy that is a regular at the gym. My son does wrestling at MVHS, he is a very good student, he has all A’s in his AP classes!! I don’t understand why, we are still paying the membership for 4 people and he is the only one who’s using it!! As a parent we never receive any call from this gym to let us know what happening. It really was a MISTAKE!! We drop him off and pick him up every time he goes there!! You really need to be careful to send you child to this kind a gym where they do not care about anything!! Thank goodness the police guys were very nice to him even when he was in shock and scared because he didn’t realize they were after him. We are very upset about this.

Ladies at the desk were engrossed in their phones, if lives were about downloading apps we wouldn’t have walked in to check

Great place to workout, staff are so nice and very helpful.

Ok place to work out, but the locker room showers never seem to get warm

Super clean and there is a lot of equipment to use so there is usually a spot open.

It’s best spot to workout without being scared of being judged recommend for anyone dats tryna get strong or lose weight

We have been members of this location since it opened. Due to social fitnessing, we feel very safe here. The employees are friendly and never fail to greet us when we arrive and wish us a great day when we leave!
