I really like this studio. It’s a great workout that’s easily modified based on skill level. The instructors are friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and supports other local businesses! I especially love the nutrition aspect that is offered because what you eat is crucial!

What do I not love about Sculp'd? First of all, it is a wonderful community! The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, and the studio is beautiful and clean. With recent Covid closures, Sculp'd has done an amazing job moving class online and on-demand. It has been a wonderful way to stay in shape and stay accountable.

Sculpd is amazing!!! We started after the New Year and have loved the results we have seen along with the new community we feel we are a part of now. Highly recommend for all stages of your fitness journey! The workouts easily adapt to what you need.

I’ve been taking sculp’d classes online since March. It’s been great to establish a healthy routine of working out during this time. The classes are fun and the instructors offer a variety of suggestions for adjustments based on everything from fitness levels to what household items you can use as props.

I've been a member of sculp'd for almost a year, and it's one of the best values in the area! Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, I regularly took their Pilates classes on the sculpdformer, and loved that I could also mix in yoga, HIIT, and mat Pilates as well. Since they had to quickly pivot and move to a virtual format, I've continued to enjoy their classes. The instructors do a terrific job of interacting with clients during the livestream Zoom classes, which makes them a lot more fun that watching a recorded video or Facebook/Instagram class. Also, the classes work really well at home, and they are continuing to offer a great range of classes, from yoga to reformer-less Pilates to Pilates/HIIT combo classes, which have helped me maintain my fitness during quarantine. In fact, my core might even be stronger than it was before the pandemic, thanks to sculp'd!

Challenging classes (but not so strenuous that you overwork your body) with great instructors. I love the 30-min focused sessions at 7:30 AM (M-F). Each class focuses on different muscle group (with leg day twice I think); every class incorporates some full body functional movements, so your core is always doing some work - which is super important for full body fitness. I can't say enough good things about my experience at sculp'd.

Loved my class Thursday evening! The studio was SPOTLESS and followed all covid protocol :) I’m a pretty active gal but this class kicked my butt in THE BEST way possible! If you’re a runner or cardio junky (like me) and looking to start dabbling in strength/ resistance training- this is your spot!

I joined sculp’d when I had first moved back to the area; it was an instant community and continues to be. All the instructors are great, they’re supportive but push you and the pilates (total body) class is challenging no matter your skill level. I have seen such a change in my strength and muscle tone. Definitely check out a class.

I started doing pilates a few weeks ago and my experience at Sculp'd has been so far great. The studio and instructors are great. I wasn't sure if it would be right for me because I'm not very flexible and have never done this type of workout but the instructors made it easy for me to learn quickly.
