TruFit is a great place to workout in a great location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hours of operation are convenient for everybody. The equipment is state of the art.

Its pretty nice one equipment i would like to see add in the future is more kettle bells and a squat rack that uses a belt that loads the weight at the hips and is not a conventional squat rack that you load on your back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Sent multiple emails and called up numerous times to cancel my membership. I was continuously charged and told Id receive a call back. Never happened. Major scam. Run.

Kailey and Austyn are the Best. They both always work with me and if someone cancels. They will text me to see if I want to come in early or come in a day I’m not scheduled which is great!!! They are amazing people/trainers. I hate coming to the gym and now I love coming. I just wish someone would fix the TREADMILLS IN TRU POWER ROOM. HOW IS ANYONE SUPPOSE TO WORK OUT IF THEY ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. RIDICULOUS!!! 🤷🏻♀️Update: 6/15/23 The AC in Tru Power is working for the past 2 months. It has been stuck in 74° and it is 75° today😡😡Update: thank you Richard for addressing the few issues at the gym. I just felt like I was wasn’t being heard when I did voice my concerns. Richard did give a resolution. So I’m updating my review. I do appreciate him coming directly to me

Great staff, great location & spacious. Even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel as crowded as other gyms. Love this place!
