Excellent place to work out. All the equipment you need with a highly trained and professional staff. Always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The membership is largely a professional crowd. Never overly crowded and very affordable. Check it out.

Fantastic facility. Very clean machines, restrooms, and spin class room. Incredibly welcoming staff that helps everyone feel comfortable...men, women, muscleheads, and weekend warriors. Personalized attention with the trainers, or do your own private workout...you make it what you want. Highly recommended.

Wonderful gym! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean. Good variety of equipment and classes. Nice clientele. Small community feel. Soooo much better than 24 Hour or those other chains!! Thank you!!!
