Awesome gym! After staying at The Aryes Hotel and their gym was closed due to remodeling I was told to come here by the hotel staff. Everyone here is so friendly and made me feel right at home.

Its a moderate size exercise club tucked inside a small mall on La Palma Blvd in Yorba Linda.The staff are friendly, towels are available, trainer's are available, and there is a wide variety of exercise equipment. There are showers and scheduled classes most days of the week. I know they have some medically trained people on the second floor but not sure of their qualifications or specialty.It is pretty nice place but most of the equipment is getting old and it is really set up for men. It is adjustable equipment but some have duct tape on fraided areas.
