Dont come in here if you expect a quick and easy cancellation. They refused to cancel membership in person. Needed to do it online instead. It has been weeks and I have yet to get my refund. Very unfortunate

Important Note: This isn’t about the experience I had at the gym of using their equipment or how my experience I had with employees or how clean the gym. This review is going to talk about how much it took to get my refund for the down payment.For those who are thinking of just trying out this gym and if you don’t like it and want a refund after trying it out for a day or two, you’re out of luck. It took me about 3 months to finally receive my refund of my down payment and this was with all the calling and in-person meetings trying to get my money back. And if you’re wondering why I didn’t cancel in-person? Well I did ask but instead they gave me a number to call and create an account to just cancel my subscription. As usual they make it difficult to cancel the subscription. Even after all that was said and done, you’ll properly won’t see it for a month if you’re lucky, even if you call for help you still have to wait since there isn’t something they can really do but ask you to wait another week and another week and so on.Once again I don’t recommend this gym just for the fact it took so long to refund my down payment in the beginning. All the calling and in-person meeting would have not happened if they just refunded in-person

I called and asked if I could bring my friend with me as guest and they told yes of course you can, and I drove 20 minutes to get there and when we arrived the front desk told me that I have to pay $20 for my guest which is almost as much as the membership itself. Horrible experience never again.

A very ok gym. It does get very full and there are lots of kids/teenagers that are often very loud or are inconsiderate of other patrons personal space
