Went to cancel membership in person, gave me a card and told me to call instead of helping me right then and there, and failed to tell me that ABC financial wasn't open on weekends and now I have to pay another month of membership I no longer want.

Hands down best gym it blows 24 hours and la fitness, no question, staff is really nice, gym equipment is in another Level, facility Amazing, the only Bad thing are the members some of them are pigs they don’t clean after themselves they treat the gym like a low budget facility l wonder how there house looks.

So far the management is horrable. One of the "so call" managers by the name Erin ( girl) I'm the front desk follows inconsistent policies. I was the day before in this establishment and never ask for an ID for guest. I brought a guest and was given a hard time because mynguest didn't have an ID. I asked as to why now and she said " well I'm asking for it now" for a manager she has very poor customer service and horrible way to care for customers.

Front desk manager or supervisor working tonight 06/08/21 @ approx 4:30 pm (redish blondish hair, female) was extremely rude. Her Tone was as if I was annoying her because my daughter's membership is at Fullerton. Instead of telling me I can't come back, why don't you use your customer service and tell me what I can do to add her to all the locations? Covid regulations doesn't give your staff the right to be rude. Check your tone! Not one person at front desk said hello or good bye. Fullerton location never skips a beat on their friendliness. Very disappointed this facility didn't live up to the brand.

Golds used to be a great gym. You paid for what you got. Sense the creation of a $10 a month gym memberships. The gym is overly crowded with people who have no gym etiquette. When try and ask to cancel my membership to get a $10 a month membership instead of $35 a month. They beat around the bush to help you.

I just gotta say, sydney was amazing!!! I haven't worked out in what seems like forever and she totally made me feel comfortable and confident. Granted it was a welcome workout meet but it was an awesome one. You can tell she really cares about her job, especially during covid. I definitely need some work but with the helpful workout plan from Sydney and the promise to check in and see where I'm at, I feel like I'm going to be back in shape in no time and with higher confidence.Thanks Sydney and golds gym!!!!

Please be aware of Policy. They will charge you more while canceling membership. Can't cancel your membership even if you want to. Apparently after speaking with 2 different associates who gives you 4 different people to email the cancelation message and different phone calls I was still getting charged and they didn’t even refunded me. This is unethical they do not have anything call customer satisfaction.

Spoke with manager Gus just now, he was very patient and professional throughout all my inquiries about a new membership, primarily with the month to month plan agreement and cost. I trust he was forthcoming in explaining all details and he assured me he would make himself available to assist should I have further concerns. Ryan then followed up to process and complete the membership documents. Both Gus and Ryan listened to my every concern and they communicated effectively wherein I have a great confidence that Gold's Gym will continue to deliver a quality customer service and a fantastic gym experience.
