Kandu Fitness combines high level personal training with social interaction opportunities creating a fitness family. Special events centered around fitness with opportunities to socialize are regularly enjoyed by Kandu members.Coach Dave is the "real McCoy." His accolades and years of training set him apart as a premier fitness expert. I first met Dave when I hired him as my strength coach when I was training for a college hockey tryout. Needless to say I made the team. Now Kandu Fitness members have access to Dave's knowledge at a fraction of the cost I paid when he was my strength coach.Dave uses his expertise to create new and challenging workouts on a daily basis while not neglecting to consistently train the major muscle groups. Any one--from the first-time exerciser to the fitness elite--will benefit from Dave's workouts as intensity is driven by one's own fitness levels. Definitely a 5 star experience! I am extremely impressed with Coach Dave and the Kandu workouts. Every workout is a full body workout and I always leave feeling like it was time very well spent. The gym is very organized and has a great group of people. The classes have a lot of energy and are always, always challenging. Coach Dave also puts a lot of time into providing his clients with extras...such as health/fitness related articles and tips as well as nutritional guidance. They also offer yoga twice a week which is an awesome perk after a killer workout.

If you put the time and effort in, you will see results. It hasnt been a full year yet, but I definitely notice an improved difference in fitness and physique. The daily workout of the days keep workouts from getting boring. You will be challenged at every workout. The staff is friendly and the clientele vary from 20 to 50 something adults of all sizes. It may be a little intimidating at first but it really isnt.Try it but prepared to be pushed.

I have been working out here for 2 years now. Absolutely love it! I am so much stronger, faster and leaner than I have been my whole life. The workouts are fun and challenging and the members are all friends (Fitfam!) and coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. Come check it out!

Mr. Pollitt is a very professional trainer and knows his way around the gym. The workouts are exciting and they are also great motivators proving that, YES....I KANDU it! I highly recommend this fitness center to anyone who is serious about becoming fit and who wants to have a good time while doing it. GREAT JOB KF.Steve
