If you're within 10 miles of Placentia and looking for a great way to get/stay fit, look no further than Kandu Fitness. This is a fun facility with a great atmosphere and challenging workouts. Coach Dave gives you a lot of personalized attention so you are constantly challenged but with good form and technique. Every workout includes elements of strength and cardio, and the exercises are based on functional movements that work several muscle groups at a time. There is always time for warm-up, cool-down, and foam rolling in every workout. Finally, they regularly organize group activities that contribute to a strong sense of community.

Kandu has it all! The head trainer Dave works with all level of athletes. There are many classes to choose from including yoga. All for $99 a month. I can't find a better deal out there for all that Kandu offers. What I like more than the price is the community feel. Everyone supports each other! Dave has made me physically and mentally strong. Thank you Dave for following your purpose and vision and creating Kandu Fitness!

I have been going to Kandu Fitness since it opened, and I've been with David Pollitt, the owner and head coach, for five years before that. It is the best gym I've ever been to. It's the best because exercise is boring, except at Kandu Fitness. The group workouts make everything almost fun. I'm in the best shape of my life thanks to Kandu Fitness.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of being coached by Coach Dave for the last 4 months. Kandu is the place to go if you want to get stronger and better in a safe environment. Dave's knowledge on the exercise and nutrition side of things is second to none. They will hold you accountable and will work with you every step of the way to attain your goals.As far as price points go, you're not going to get more bang for your buck anywhere.I'd like to add that Dave and the folks over at Kandu bring a family environment to the gym. They legitimately care about every person that walks in there and want to bring the best out of you. Highly recommended.

Kandu Fitness is a great environment for anybody looking to improve their level of fitness. Regardless of your age, background, or anything else Kandu Fitness will get you the results you are looking for with great coaching and also being surrounded by a close, fun group of people. Over the years Coach Dave has helped me become a tremendous athlete and earn a spot to play NCAA college hockey!

Kandu Fitness is a fantastic establishment! The workouts are effective, whether you just want to be healthy or are serious about losing body fat and gaining muscle. On top of that, the coaches and gym members are a supportive friendly bunch with no egos. I absolutely love working out here!

I absolutely LOVE this gym! Over the few months I have been there; I have seen such drastic improvements in my strength, endurance, and speed. My body is now more toned and I have never felt this healthy before. What I love is the attention coach Dave offers to all the members. He is better than a personal coach and will go out of his way to help you achieve your workout goals. All the members at the gym treat each other like family. They do not judge you but they do offer TONS OF encouragement and make you feel motivated at all times.I don't say this enough but THANK YOU Kandu Fitness, Coach Dave, and all the members for being there, being super awesome, and helping me be one step better each and every single day! :)TWO THUMBS UP!!

I can't say enough about Dave and the staff at Kandu Fitness. I have only been a member for 6 weeks, and I am hooked. The work outs are second to none, and everyday is a new, fun, and challenging experience. Dave takes the time to explain the daily workout and makes sure to be right there to help guide and train you. Just as important as the workout, is the atmosphere. The atmosphere, coupled with Dave's knowledge, makes this place special. The other members are friendly and encouraging. There are no egos at Kandu. There is only friendly camaraderie and a commitment to a great workout every time.I love this place!

I can't say enough about Kandu Fitness. I have worked out with Dave, the trainer, for over 6 years now. When I originally met Dave I had a goal to lose 25 lbs. With his knowledge and dedication to me I was able to acheive that goal. Dave is always there to encourage all of his members no matter what level. What is really nice about Kandu Fitness is the workouts are different every day which keeps it much more upbeat and exciting. Everyone at Kandu fitness make it warm and inviting. If you are a new member we all introduce ourselves to make them feel welcome. That just doesn't happen at the Big gyms. You don't have to feel out of place if you are one of the older folks like myself and husband. We are 57 yrs and 63 yrs old and love the workouts. I invite you to give it a try and I guarantee that you will love it.
