My daughter had a lot of fun here but when I signed up, they had the option of having make up days for the days your kiddo missed their regular day/time. A couple months in, they stopped allowing that and when my daughter was sick for 3 weeks, they had no sympathy for her. They refused allowing makeup days and wouldn’t prorate that month. I asked if they at least had open gym to which they didn’t. So I just canceled because I don’t have $90 a month to just give away and they decided to charge my debit card for the $90 for that last month. Then had the audacity to send an email stating that it’s protocol to charge my card after cancellation. Which is fine but how are you not even going to warn the customer in case they don’t have the money sitting in their bank? It would have been nice to pay with credit instead. Terrible customer service and very disappointed.

The facility is clean and well kept, lighting is great, parking is a bit small but enough. The people are helpful and kind. Would definitely reccomend

AGA has been a great place and environment for our child to grow and learn. They did an excellent job preparing our child for Kindergarten with their Pre-K and Pre-school programs. The staff and teachers are an absolute pleasure to deal and speak with. I would highly recommend them, it is also a great plus that the facility is family run and it shows!

This is a wonderful place for children, they have a great after school program, provide pick up for kids for a low rate, the staff is amazing and very nice and professional! My 6yr old daughter loves the sports camp and the gymnastics classes they offer!! Its a great place for children to grow and develop, highly recommended!!

Loved it! Coach so fun! Great atmosphere. Safe but relaxed, not a rigid environment. Definitely going back! Bought a bunches of classes!

My younger sisters participated in AGA's programs and enjoyed the structure, the staff and the environment. The encouragement and positivity exudes from this place the moment you walk through the doors.

For me AGA was a great experience when I first moved to Alaska from Australia it was a hard weather change for me and I was nervous but the girls made me feel like I was at home. The bond between the team was a family and its something you can't forget. The coaches were amazing they pushed me to be the best that I was. There were some off days but they still helped me through it.

I saw the other review and just had to counter! My youngest attended Pre-K here and she's only 4 and she is already reading sight words! It's amazing. I gave it only 4 stars, and not a perfect 5 because they do not have a food program and yet their costs are level with others that do. But what my daughter has gained in preparation for school is totally worth it! So, otherwise I'm thrilled the kids get physical exercise options in the winter when it is cold! I'd tell any parent to jump on their childcare program here! I'm a YES!
