Clean gym. Really surprised with the amount of equipment they're able to fit in a small area without feeling too crowded.Staff is great and I'm stoked thay they're looking into getting more equipment and expanding into the adjacent unit.

We loved this location. The manager, Jake, is great and works hard to keep this facility updated, clean and safe. Other staff, Shawn and Kristy, are always kind and welcoming. We will miss this one!

Good gym and decent prices. We re new our membership when we are in Anchorage, and they always let us do month to month payments to fit our coming and going to AK. Good selection of free weights and machines and always clean

I never put reviews on here. We moved out of state and my husband has been trying to cancel his membership for months. He filled out appropriate info to cancel it, they said it would be canceled, yet are still pulling money out of our account every month. Calling every day with no one to answer to try again and get our money reimbursed. Finally got ahold of someone named Nicole who said her manager Jake would call back. Neither has followed up. Do not go to this gym. The staff is not helpful and no one is present to do their jobs. There is no excuse. Horrible customer service.

Very difficult to cancel your membership. I’ve called, left voicemails, emailed, tried to come into the gym to talk to someone and no one would assist me. I don’t know what I need to do to get these peoples attention.
