Susan and Clint were both outstanding at being helpful. They were very knowledgeable about treadmills and their products and took the time to get to know my needs. they weren't at all pushy and it was a gentle, collaborative and quick process. Two days after I purchased my Precor it was installed and my old one hauled off. I highly recommend them.

Susan and Clint have outstanding customer service. They’re very knowledgeable, and were able to help be with my home gym setup. I purchased a power rack and some weights, as shipping to AK is just too expensive.
