Fit2Live has been the greatest gym that I have ever belonged to. I joined knowing that I needed a fitness and wellness change, but I had 0 experience with Cross-fit. What I found was more than a gym, but a community with world class coaches and classmates. Each Coach has brought massive value to me personally both in and outside of the gym in areas of physical fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being. It doesn't matter where you are going into this gym, you will leave a better version of yourself!

Fit2Live is the best decision I have made for my physical and mental health! The environment is comfortable to those of all physical abilities. The multiple class times allow so much flexibility for me to decide when I want to workout. The coaches are extremely support and help scale your workout to your own abilities. All in all, this gym is more of a family than anything else! I enjoy working out with the rest of the gym members as much as the workout itself. Five stars.

I am so glad I found Fit2Live. I have experienced a lot of gyms/fitness centers and have found that Fit2Live is one of my favorites. I love how they have incorporated nutrition, personal training, group training for all levels. The gym is super clean too. My husband and I have been working with Brandon for 4 months and he makes sure we are challenged without feeling like we’re overdoing it.

I joined this gym three years ago and I have never felt so healthy and strong. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The coaches genuinely care about you and they make sure you are moving safely while also challenging yourself. I was very nervous when I first started, but the coaches and members helped me come out of my shell and I've made so many strides. I'm so grateful for this community! ❤️

I've been to/been a member of various CrossFit box/gyms across the country over the last 8 years, so I feel confident sharing that Fit2Live (fka Joust) is one of the best - both from a CrossFit perspective but also just for a dang good work out.I came back to CrossFit after my work schedule freed up & I realized I was losing too much strength just going to OTF for the last 3 years.I was very very choosy as previous boxes/gyms that left me physically injured as well as just mentally burn out.Two things that stand out to me about F2L that make me feel like I can make some sustainable gainz & fixing some old bad habits:*the community: everyone is SO welcoming & friendly. Shout out to the 6am'ers! There are definitely folks that are VERY fit but it never feels hyper competitive.*programming: I appreciate the 6 week strength & skill focus areas. It makes me feel super clear on what I'm working on/towards. This is a contrast to things I've seen like stupid WODs for volume's sake and I absolutely HATE those. I'm not saying it's not intense or there isn't volume because you'll absolutely get in a workout, but you'll feel good about it and not be injured! I also appreciate that the coaches ALWAYS review scaling opportunities. Ain't no shame in the scaling game.I also like the mix of weightlifting/barbell classes as well as gymnastics and endurance classes if you want to get a good mix of different stimuli!Their class sizes seem pretty consistently large so I liked doing the foundations series first! Can you believe that this was my FIRST time in a foundations class ever?! It was a great time to take a beat, check my form.

Fit2Live is the best gym in Ann Arbor. The best thing about Fit2Live is the Coaches, the Community and the Culture. I have never done CrossFit before this, and it was really intimidating for me when I decided to pursue it. The first session with the Coach Ryan was amazing and he made me believe that I can do this and over the time I will get better at it. 3 months down the line I am more confident, and I love CrossFit. Major shout out to all the Coaches. Coach Ryan, Brandon, Sharon, Rob, EJ and all the other coaches they genuinely care about everyone’s fitness journey here.I have never been this motivated to go to the gym and now Fit2Live has become very crucial part of my life. I am really seeing a lot of change in myself in 3 months, and I am looking forward to achieving much more. This has become possible because of kind of support, push, motivation and care I am getting from all the coaches here. In past, I had several challenges like wrist pain, and I wrote an email to Coach Brandon about it. The next day he came personally to follow up with me and gave me all important advice that really helped me to overcome the wrist pain. Similarly, I have discussed my workout fatigue challenge with Coach Sharon and immediately she gave me a great tips and advice to break that shell. She always follows up with me to check my progress and improvement. During workout session, she makes sure I am doing the workouts with the right techniques. The above is some of the anecdotes from my personal experience to share the attention that I get from the coaches which really motivates me.Another great thing about Fit2Live is the Coach Ryan’s and Coach EJ’s newsletters on fitness and nutrition. Those newsletters and webinar have been helpful to me. As I mentioned, this gym has a great culture and that makes it very different from the other gym that I have been to. And my peers here with whom I work out they are very nice and amazing which makes the daily WOD even more fun. Kudos to Fit2Live!!

I was uncertain about the time and financial commitment of belonging to a gym, and being an older woman, I was hesitant, to say the least, about gym atmosphere. So, it was a big hurdle for me to try a gym. My son recommended Fit 2 Live, and because his 'kindness meter' is unfailing, I ventured in. The first thing I noticed as I crossed the threshold was the welcome mat, which reads, "Check Your Ego at the Door". This and my initial conversation with owner Ryan, was very encouraging, and put me at ease immediately. My first workout class was not intimidating, because there are people of many skill levels, and the coaches are attentive, and scale any move you can't do ( yet!) to something challenging but doable. It felt great. A friend advised me to go three times a week for a month before deciding if I like it. This was very good advice, which I commend to anyone beginning a fitness regimen. I was hooked, especially because the whole community of members is so supportive, which makes it one of the most motivating aspects of Fit 2 Live. For example, there is an "icebreaker" at the beginning of each workout, where everyone says their name, and answers the same question, such as, 'what was your favorite vacation?', which created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. There are special events several times a year which are well attended and fun. And I am constantly seeing progress in my fitness, and ability to scale up movements, amount of weight, etc. Last year because of the pandemic, Fit 2 Live adapted, posting home workouts, holding classes in the parking lot, and re opening with ten foot distances between gym goers. Some of my friends set up home gyms and did not return to the gyms they were formerly members of. I think this is a huge mistake, because they are missing the key advantages of belonging to a gym, and the critical components of fitness - expert coaching that makes sure that, first - you don't get hurt, but are challenged, and especially the design of each workout that varies from day to day with overall fitness goals in mind, and as importantly, the fellowship and support of fellow gym goers. Lastly, I respect Fit 2 Live for not letting members confuse gym attendance with weight loss. There is a great nutrition program for overall health and weight loss that is an optional companion piece to the fitness program.

The Fit2Live community is so warm and welcoming and they do all they can to make workouts intense, satisfying, and as safe as possible with goal to achieve fitness for life. Not a passing fad or phase, but actual fitness that can help you pick up your kids, get up off the floor with ease, or find success in the sport & lifestyle of your choosing.Fit2Live is a really unique gym in that everyone I've met there has different goals, but all our goals are well met by staff with a focus on good form & mobility (mobility training at a Crossfit gym? Yeah I was floored too!) I joined as an aerialist & dancer, looking to take my upper body fitness to the next level. Fit2Live has exceeded my expectations regarding arm strength growth! I never thought I could climb a rope as a 35-year-old mom, but here I am, doing it!During my time here I have meet people of all types - busy moms & dads, distance runners, older folks, younger students, and body types of all kinds. We all have different athletic backgrounds (and some NO athletic background when they begin) but everyone has found a place where they can scale workouts and become the very best they can be.It's repeated over and over again - "Scaling is not a crime" and "Leave your ego at the door" and these mantras are what makes Fit2Live so welcoming to all, regardless of your body type or where you are coming from in regards to fitness. I'm so happy I found this gym - it has allowed me to move forward in my own athletic art form.

I was in Ann Arbor a few days and I had the chance to do a drop-in class at Fit2Live. Both the coaching team and members immediately made me feel welcome and included in the community. The program was well-organized and focuses on achieving personnal goals and PRs.Brandon was our coach for the day. He watched carefully to make sure we were performing each of the movements correctly and offered me tips to improve my hang power clean.I will definitely come again when I am back in Ann Arbor, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in fitness or sport in general, as well as to people who would like to start a physical activity: you will be in good hands! Thanks a lot for the good energy and for your expertise!

Absolutely loved going to FIT2LIVE! Friendly people and amazing coaches. You can tell that the coaches care about your health and fitness. Only reason why we left the gym was because we were moving out of state. Learned so much and really wish we could have stayed with the gym longer.
