There is dust everywhere and the machines need to be cleaned by the staff. Also, there are too many machines.. no room to stretch or move. Nice equipment though. The person at the counter was helpful but the place is a mess every time I walk in.

This gym shows Fox News continuously on several screens, promoting false political narratives and fascism. They should know better, plenty of other channels to show instead of Tucker Carlson. Yuk.

My quest in life is not to go into every single planet fitness in the nation however this is number 91 for me. I do a lot of traveling because of public speaking. This has got to be one of my top five favorite locations. My first time here and I am so impressed with the city of Ann Arbor as well as this gym which is immaculately clean with fantastic up to date modern equipment that sadly some of the other planet fitnesses are letting her to the wayside. The hospitality and the greeting and the conversation I had with Debbie and Joe was inspiring. These are great team members; I have always said that the greeting when you walk into any planet fitness or any other business is what will set the tone for your experience the rest of the duration that you are there. I take my half off to Debbie and Joe and the owner of this particular location. Keep up the Great work. Congratulations on all your success and may much more lie ahead for each of you. Thank you.(P.S. on my second visit I had the pleasure to meet Bri, Jeremiah and Jason. Simply a superb team who incorporate amongst themselves a great work ethic where unfortunately in this day and age as a side effect of the pandemic an overwhelming number of people simply do not partake to engage themselves in the workforce.. Hardly the case here. And it all starts at the top with the great club manager Joey who exudes hospitable professionalism for which I'm glad I finally got to meet him)!
