This in shape is not secure I wet to the sauna and someone stole my backpack with all my stuff and I went to the front desk and they said that it's the second time that happened in this week this is unacceptable because they said that happened few days ago and they haven't do anything about it and I told them if the can check the cameras and they said they can't do anything just fill out a report because they can't do anything

I have my things stolen with all my things in there, i was just in the sauna and 15 min later they were gone i asked the staff for help and to check the cameras and they said that they cant do nothing bc only the manager can do it and the manager doesn’t even come right away and say until tmr and how was i supposed to go home? This gym aint cheapfor things to happen they even told us it already happened before but it seems they havent solved that problem they better solve this problem soon im very mad and upset, if u come to this gym keep on eyes on your things its not secure at all smh

I usually go to the gym very early in the morning and I love that the staff is super friendly and actually look like they like their job lol the machines are well kept and the gym is generally clean.

I love all this gym's facilities specially the kids club and pool
