Well I have been Thier member for about 6 years .Receptionist need to change Thier attitude. If they don't now new place is open.

Been coming here since they first opened this location. Love it! Most the people there are like family now. Definitely deserves a 5 star ratings! :)

Just heard this morning from a member that several times people have jumped the fence and have cut the locks in the locker rooms and stolen car keys to get into the cars and then steal other stuff including the car. The staff at the Antioch in shape on Lone Tree never said a word or posted anything. I find this very bad business and they have done nothing to stop the entry of theives so they can do this same thing again. Glad I am moving and stopping my membership.

Normally a decent place. But was treated rudely when personal trainer there, named Pat, offered a suggestion but then went out of his way to repeat himself three times and embarrassed me in front of other members of the club. Needless to say I felt pretty dumb. I can understand suggesting something for the betterment of the gym and it's members. But there is such a thing as going too far.

This gym has come along way since it opened. Gone are the days when your car would get vandalized while you worked out. Also gone are the crowds of people hanging around not working out and just causing trouble. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because they still have a small machine maintenance issue and there equipment is getting pretty old. I'm not saying by any means there equipment is run down, only that they are in need of a modern makeover.I was told recently by the manager this location will probably be getting all new machines and some other club level essentials like garment spinners so we'll wait and see if that actually happens. If this really comes to pass I'll redo the rating to 5 stars.Absolutely come down and join up again if the only reason you haven't is the word of mouth about the vandalism and the other issues I mentioned because like I said those days are gone.

So I went in to ask about swimming lesson for my toddler, and found out the lessons are run by a women who just uses their facility to give the lessons. I asked about the Gym and their prices, i decided to try it and ask the rep for a month trial and if i liked it then i would keep paying. The first month i did not go, my grandfather had a stroke and medicines were costing about $250 for 30 pills. So i called Inshape corp to cancel, and great surprise, i was told i could not cancel since i had just sign a 3 YEAR CONTRACT. Thats right a 3 year contract, when i had clearly told the rep i wanted to try it out one month. On top of my surprise the women from corp. was very rude. She said the only way they could consider cancellation was 1. Medical issue 2. financial issues 3. moving out of state or country and proving it with a lease agreement or bill. Luckily i was able to cancel, but i had to pay $100 fee and 79.99 of the monthly charge for the month i did not even go. All in all they are horrible rude people, with bad customer service and daycare is horrible. I was just able to learn a lesson, and read every word of any paper you sign, because you can get sign up for a 3 year contract or worse, you never know. I do not recommend, but if you decide to get it, just make sure you are not being dragged to a long term contract. good luck

I went to In Shape fitness to get their rates and see the gym itself. First of all, rude receptionist made me to fill out some paper where she got my info. She stated that without that paper nobody can even talk with me about the rates or give me a flyer. Afterwords she told me to sit and wait for someone who could come and help me with it. So I waited for ten minutes while literally was empty, no other people around. In that ten minutes I had one of the employee standing next to me and watching soccer without even acknowledging that I am there siting and waiting to be helped. Second girl (Marisol) was sitting in the office doing nothing on her cell phone and showing some signs to receptionist. Well, anyway, after this pleasant 10minutes wait I stood up and left. Before I left I asked receptionist to shred my info, but she did not even managed doing this much. So I received a phone call from Marisol, the same busy girl who can't even think of ways to kill the time about promotions going on and inviting me back. Didn't I asked to shred my info? The manager of this sport club needs to do some work in order to keep the level and employee work ethics high. Whatever their excuse is to be so unprofessional, they need to change that sticky attitude if they want business coming in. And I wish they really would never contact me again.

This is the best place to come and get a good workout good people great attitudes.

I love that the gym is so open, well kept, machines are kept up, has great classes at decent times, and a clean pool.I also work with the personal training staff and they are great. They will work with you to accomplish your goals and keep you accountable.
