Shady with their memberships. Good luck. Honestly this is the 2nd time joining their gym and they made both times super hard to cancel. When COVID hit they said they would hold their charges- cool. Super awesome, until they start charging randomly without any notice their gym opened back up. I now live in CO and for some reason in their policy I can’t cancel over the phone and have to do it in person, was already charged $10 for a month because they apparently are now open, can’t get a refund and have to send in a letter with my name and a signature stating I want to cancel it. Mind you, anyone can send in a letter with a name on it saying they want to cancel their membership. I get it you need to run a business, but especially during these times they make it super difficult to cancel. Not happy, and will not return but who cares. Find a better place if you don’t want to deal with shady memberships. Just bogus

Fantastic staff and great location. Always come here after work and there is always equipment available. I have never seen a waiting line for anything!

Went once....very disappointed..megan who was supposed to help me as a new be walked me over to the circuit area and left. Did not show me how to adjust machines to my body type...think Ill cancel ...took a lot to do this. .signed up and got dumped...very disappointed😟 …
