The staff is the best around! I have belonged to several fitness centers in my area. So far, this facility has been my favorite.

Great place to workout and it's a no judgment zone! Sometimes they forget to stick the paper towels to wipe the machines. There could be a better way to clean the machines?

The Green Bay on Mason street gym is so not a free judgement zone. Every time I visit this gym it is stressful, I have a black card, I go to the gym when it is slow cause I like it, I work out and I generally like using the massage chairs but it always seems to be a hassle now....I could always get 5 coins to use massage chairs since the gym isn't busy but now the limit is 3 coins even though the gym is not busy, really? doesn't make any sense. I pay extra to have the black card yet giving me 2 extra coins is a huge no no....but the gym is not busy. Sick of the hassle not going to keep paying extra for a black card that has crummy perks, we plan on canceling our membership.

This nationally low rated, poorly reviewed gym scammed me like it has countless others. Told me they had a special running and that my gym membership would only be $10/mo and a $1 start up fee. They charged me over $20. I emailed the location and never got a response. Called and for hung up on. Avoid this place! Oh... And the equipment was dirty, difficult to use, broken, or any combination thereof. Word of advice, find a gym with a rowing machine with a no commitment membership for under $15 and row away. It uses almost every muscle group in the body simultaneously and is low impact. It like weightlifting and cardio in a pool. Best workout you'll ever do. Forget this place and move on.

Always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers are awesome, especially Megan and Angela. The hydromassage and the massage chairs are worth the low cost of membership alone. Best gym experience ever!

I love this place. I rock a Black Card membership. The experience, that I find myself having, as soon as I set foot in the building, is always quality. Getting good results from the workouts, and I can get free pizza, on pizza day, each month. - Nothing like hitting all the food groups for free after a workout!! Anyway, good amenities and good service keeps me coming back. Also, the friendly atmosphere is a bonus.

Always very clean when I go in. Friendly staff and rarely an issue of not enough equipment. Definitely not intimidating as promised, even for someone like me who is starting their fitness journey. Definitely my favorite gym so far.

I like this gym. Open 24/7, it is very convenient in the winter time and when it is raining. Its not as crowded as you might think, they have lots of equipment that exceeds the amount of people. Locker rooms are kept clean and have showers. It is worth the $10/month.

Extremely friendly and inviting staff and atmosphere! Facility is always very clean! Staff is always willing to help or answer any questions you may have! Personal trainers work with people with disabilities not just in classes but whenever needed! Offer one on one assistance and help you to develope a routine specific to your needs and goals! I love this gym!!!! You are not just a member, you are truly family! Staff gets to know you individually and truly care about your time inside the gym and outside! Staff love suggestions and truly value your feedback, and to top it all off....there is so much equipment, you never have to wait to use anything!!!

Wow! first visit at east appleton pf and it was awesome! friendly, helpful staff and the classes were verty helpful! cant wait to go backl!
