I usually do not write reviews, but worst customer service/experience. Avoid Keith especially. Surprised the owner still have him around. I'm sure there were tons of complains with his nonsense bad customer service.

The members here are awesome and friendly. It is not crowded and I have all that I need for a full body workout. The studio has over 700 classes!

Cleanest facility, friendliest staff, great owner. Machines are in great shape and are very high tech. Wish I wasn’t just visiting, would love to return to this training facility!

Best equipment of any of the Anytime Fitness locations I've been to in Chicagoland area. See people taking classes there all the time but there is still plenty of space to roll the TANK while people are training.

I would give this location a good overall rating! It’s clean, there’s a lot of equipment for every day use and the staff are so friendly. Mike has went above and beyond to help me with my every day fitness journey, he’s worked with me to help me reach my goals

If you're looking for a gym, don't look any further! This gym is the best I've been to and I've been going to gyms for the last 15 years. It's very clean, has friendly and experienced staff and great equipment - a great overall experience

Cleanest and friendliest Anytime Fitness I have been to. Bigger than most locations and not as crowded. I live 20 miles from here, but wouldn't mind making the trip out once in a while to use this gym!

Though I live out of town, I visited this location several times while in town for the holidays. I had a great experience - everything is very clean, there is a lot of weight lifting and cardio equipment available, and the staff is very friendly. As a bonus, I even got to meet the owner's little poodle who often sleeps in her office.
