Life Time

I had a very bad experience today. Staff know nothing about customer experience and how to meet customer needs and treat customer nicely and respectfully.instead the employee at front desk ( which i won‘t mention her name) almost yelled at me and was rude when asking me about my name and i was trying to explain something she said again firmly i am asking you a question what is your name in a weird mad way. I was shocked and told her no need need to be mad. She is insisted she was not mad instead of apologizingI don’t know the whole situation was weird. I got a bad negative energy from the whole place and honestly she ruined my dayNo way I’m coming back to this place

The kids academy at this facility is amazing. The staff is very friendly, my kids enjoy going and participating in the activities. The managers there are all amazing, especially Iwona W. She always goes above and beyond in helping us.Thank you for all you guys do, and making being active so fun for the kids.

As far a fitness experience goes it is a good place to workout and relax. But the team members really need to keep a better eye on the younger members causing scenes fairly regularly. But really the worst part is the constant price hikes for no apparent reason or upgrades in the gym that I ever see. And now they are charging extra to use the pool area outside. What kind of craziness is that! Most are paying over 150 a month and now are being asked to pay extra per person to use the outdoor space. That is just wild to me. What is next, coin operated showers. Pay by the minute treadmill. It is just a bit ridiculous.

Would recommend that you go somewhere else for the following reasons. The facilities and equipment are all top notch, however depending on what time you are there you could end up waiting a very long time for equipment.... Most …
