24 Hour Fitness

I was hoping to see more improvements during the lockdown and bankruptcy restructuring due to covid but very little. I think equipment upgrade would be a major step to replace most of the dated ones and noting not enough leg exercise equipment would be appreciated.The locker-room is a large area which I love with lots of sitting areas and lockers. The showers could use some TLC with those water saver spray heads that aren’t that great and some of the tiles that appear damaged. Better quality liners would be nice and the frequent cleaning would be nice. They have done some painting on the seating area in locker room as well.The management team mentioned having big plans for an overhaul but so far I haven’t seen anything major yet and other members are still voicing their opinion so my hope is that they are listening to the suggestions (I've heard some express at the front desk) who have suggested some things they could improve. I give this location 3 stars because of the dated (old) equipment and shower that needs attention. This gym is in a great location and with some upgrades starting with new equipment would give them the competitive edge against Fitness Connection and Colaw Fitness close by.Update: Dec 2022.I spoke to the office manager to inquire on any changes. Ive seen the addition of MODUS group fitness training room created for dedicated training with a trainer and the basketball court that was redone. Both are nice options BUT the dated equipment remains. I gather that corporate is assessing the funds to either upgrade (all equipment) vs opening a new location. For members with renewals or considering joining, these are factors to consider. Ive been with 24hr for 4 years and this location is in poor shape compared to their neighboring locations in Fort Worth, Grand Prairie and Mansfield Ive visited so I may check out and compare equipment. I am disappointed this location is still operating with mediocre options but remain hopeful that action will be taken soon to prevent its closure.

Been going here for months now, and all the machines are just old and asking to be replaced. Everything is either rusted, damaged, or just plain dinosaurs. Desperate need of some upgrades

Excellent gym. Only 10 a month now not bad at all for everything they have. Sauna steam room basketball court. Plus FINALLY back to 24 hours

24 Hour Fitness has been an incredible experience. The entire staff shows a ton of enthusiasm and are always supportive of everyone!

The employees have always gone above and beyond for me. I have physical disabilities they are always happy to come out to my car and help me inside and always make sure im comfortable. I will always be grateful for everything they have and continue to do for me.

i was very dissatisfied with signing up to 24hours fitness.the guy who sign me up start talking about. politics white folks and so much more i didn't come in for on top of that he was cussing using file language which was inappropriate and unprofessional he was saying all this while white folks was walking in to sign up he waa a nice guy but. you should keep your personal opinions to yourself in a professional setting i hope they talk to him people like this shouldn't be working in a place like this we are all people plus i didn't even get a tour of the gym because he was so. busy talking about white folks and how bad they did us i didn't come to hear all that 24hour fitness please look into this matter

Facility is satisfactory for basic stuff, equipment is definitely on the older side (rusted). Idk about the rest of the staff, but stay far far away from "charles" the sales manager. Stereotypical pushy sales person with zero customer service skills

Nice and clean environment.Varieties of gym equipment.Basket ball court, swimming pool, steam room and my personal favorite is the sauna that helps me sweat and detox.I like going there regularly.

I would absolutely recommend their sales representative Vanessa! So was so patient and kind with my non-english speaking parents. She explained everything to them so well and made sure they understood, they were so pleased and happy with the membership they got, and they really like all the machines that the gym has to offer.
