I came back to this gym after being gone for almost a year due to the disrepair that they allow it to remain in.... After being back for a week, everything is trashed all over again. This is ridiculous. Literally every shower door has been ripped off the hinges with the exception of two.

I work out all over the United states due to traveling for business. I attended this location last night and it was by far the worst 24 I've ever been to. None of your gyms are clean or organized and im used to that. This one was simply terrible. There were weights scattered absolutely everywhere. There were groups of people with speakers blaring their music out loud over your gyms speakers the whole time. People were literally throwing dumbells around the floor. Mind you all this is happening while your employees are just hanging out or training people nearby. Most the showers had no doors or curtains and there was standing water all over the showers and locker room. Actual stalls looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I'm too the point in about to cancel my whole families membership. This has been a growing problem in general. I've talked to groups of people with the same outlook.

I've been going to this gym on and off for around 5 years, and overall I'd say it's okay. The staff is friendly and they keep it fairly clean, but my biggest complaint is the equipment. The machines are very old and haven't been replaced since I started coming here. The labels on the cable weights have all been worn off and there are no signs of them being replaced any time soon. It can be quite frustrating not knowing how much weight you're using. There's only one squat rack and zero power racks. They should invest in at least one power rack to complement the squat rackThere's no lying or standing leg curl machine but two inferior seated leg curl machines. That's more me being picky but it is an issue.I like this gym and would like to continue coming here but if they don't start replacing or at least improving some of the equipment I might have to go elsewhere

I recently signed up at this gym and the staff is really nice. After reading all of the old comments how the showers are dirty etc staff rude things like that it seems the place has gotten betterThe showers are nice and I go there at night time and they're always checking the chemical levels in the pool and hot tub. There's three machines I noticed upstairs that a few machines seem to be broken but they all have signs stating this.Cleaning stations are all over the place so you can clean the machines after yourself like big boys and girls.I would still recommend shower shoes for safety but overall this is a nice gym and the staff is nice too. Also I talked to a few of them and if you're unsure what to do say you want to burn fat or bulk they have no problems giving you pointers. 5 stars from me! Very happy with this gym.

I love love love this gym.....the equipment is well kept, the locker rooms are not super exceptional but everyone uses them. The classes are very comfortable to my schedule, I love the instructors they have the energy to really pump up the class. I love the sauna too, helps relax my muscles after an intense workout.

I started going here 8 years ago. It has steadily declined every year to the point now where it is a genuine dump. Half the showers are broken (no hot water, doors removed or broken), ALL the machines are old, outdated and many in need of repair. The staff and clientele have gone downhill...rude people. Virtually ANY other gym is better. Avoid at all cost.

For some of you in the Arlington area, I have visited the Irving facility and the two in Bedford. This gym is a bit small but the staff is good and their equipment gets cleaned daily. They will fix their equipment in a timely manner and will post signs when you complain about equipment that needs servicing. This facility has a pretty large amount of members so choose your times of work out around the typical peak times. They have moved their work out equipment around a couple of time in the past couple of yrs. to fit practical use. Their Kids club is good but you may have to wait in line to check in or out during peak times. The parking is a bit tight (narrow spaces) but has designated spaces for those that ride motorcycles up front and a bicycle parking by the front doors. All in all, in this area, this gym seems to be the better choice. I formally worked out at the Dallas 24 Hour Fitness @ Royal and Hwy 75. That was a very well maintained gym! Oh and as for some of the other users reviews of the near by gyms, unfortunately one that I read about crystalized sweat on the equipment it true!

Not great..At first glance the gym seemed pretty nice, the front desk and merch area is nice. There is tons of cardio equipment which is great, however the free weights/machines area was SO dirty! There is only one free bar squat rack to be shared and it is very small anyone taller than 6' would really have to squat down far to get under. Hopefully I caught them on a bad day and it isn't always this dirty. I left after only a few lifts.

As a pretty avid swimmer, I looked forward to swimming after work each day. I started in April and by August I was searching for another facility (and have found one). Pool is dirty and the clients that go there are thr rudest I have ever encountered in that they will jump into a lane without asking or even advising they were going to also occupy the lane (during peak times). Other than addressing the dirty pool, I don't know what can be done about the rude members.
