There are safety issues that have not been addressed after months of complaining. The gym continues to close at 9pm even though it's advertised as 24 hour fitness the equipment upkeep is very poor and the cleanliness is a on going problem.

Mieh helped get signed up for a membership. She was super nice and funny. She kept it light and was very professional. You could tell she was experienced and knew the correct procedures for 24 Fitness customer service! She is lovely she needs recognition

The equipment is old, broken and malfunctioned. I dont understand how this gym hasn't been upgraded. It's dirty as well. I feel like i should get a discount on my membership if im having to use this gym. Nothing like the Fort Worth location. I only started going to this location because i moved to Arlington. And why cant we use the group area to workout if there are no classes going? All the other gyms allow you to go in and do a workout without all the other ppl around.

I have been a 24hr fitness client for about 20 years. My daughter turned twelve and decided to start taking her. I printed out a 3 days pass for her, read all the fine print and the only requirement was for her to go with me (an adult and her dad). When we walked in we were told that they didn’t take the 3 day “free” pass on the weekend. That this was a, this club only restriction. The front desk lady was kind enough to go ask her manager to confirm this restriction . I was told by “Hoss” the supervisor or manager, that he would waive the restriction if I paid him 10 dollars. To which I responded was ridiculous. I then called another nearby 24hr fitness gym in Fort Worth to confirm if they would take our 3 day pass. They confirmed over the phone that that wouldn’t be an issue. We drove over there and had no issues whatsoever. Tomorrow I will be calling 24hr customer service and will let them know of the nonsense treatment that we received at this location.

I do Personal Pool Therapy. My 1st visit was around 7pm on a Sunday evening. Everything seemed to be fine until I went to Shower!!! It didnt look like anyone had come to clean that Locker Room Shower area all day!!🤢I reported the standing water and hair and the clothes dryer was leaking all over the floor. They told me he knew but there was no one to do the cleaning. In this COVID/OMICRON ERE IT IS NOT EXCEPTABLE SAFE OR SANITARY

It had some rusty machines, staff was good. It's not what I remember it has less machines (covid). I am going back soon. The pool is bigger then others (because it was the Q previously) the hot room and sauna are also larger. The desk from upstairs is gone. They have a 2 hoop basketball court. They have a 15 yard football turf work out area. They have a punching bag which is great for a warm up. It could have more work out equipment by the window.

Went for a late night workout and swim. The locker room was dirty. Trash cans were completely overflowing and trash in the floors. The floors were nasty as were the benches. The pool is nice and the equipment is good. The hot tub was also nice. I’ve been to other gyms that were much busier and they managed to stay clean.

Being a member for over 2 years at 24 hour fitness. This location is ok from the cleaning to equipment. The stuff are very nice and friendly.

It would be nice to have some form of consistency across the board with what’s available or would update each website individually with what amenities are open. The front desk lady was very dismissive and could barely hear because she had in her AirPods.

I enjoy working out in this gym a lot but the fact that it's schedule is so limited, I give them 3 stars. They should change the name or at least add a couple more business hours. I guess it's the same with all the other gyms.
