We need to call corporate since they’re response to our reviews is all talk no action pool never reopened and no time frame for it pathetic place

Called ahead (because it’s a half hour drive) to check if the pool was working, phone rang for 10 minutes with no one picking up, decided to take my chances and go, after a half hour drive turns out no one was at the front desk (waited for 20 minutes for someone, no one came) and turned out pool wasn’t working - very frustrating

Gym has gone to isssshhhh , steam and sauna has been down for months. And all we get is “oh it should be up next week” “oh no time frame “ “ oh yeah they fixed it already, next week is good to go” straight up lie after lie. Gym is dusty and nasty. Employees at the front desk are on their phone and not even acknowledging anyone at all.

Bad workers rude actitud they don't care about members don't even have pool area open,no sauna or jacuzzi...Some of the equipment are broken bathrooms are dirty smell bad...But they keep charging full price mfrsDo not come to this place I'ma tell all my crew to move somewhere else..

This gym makes me go and take 4 deep showers in one night from how filthy it is, the locker rooms smell like someone died in there and forgot to call the crime scene cleanup crew 7 years ago, all the equipment is starting to fossilize and I don’t even doubt you could probably catch aids by just working out in there, I just only appreciate it that it’s actually 24 hours

Not worth the price anymore ! Totally not a responsible gym! All the machines are ether dirty or broken and sauna , steam room , jacuzzi, pool has been shut down for good minute they keep delaying to open they say they are going to fix it one day and delay it more back ! Totally not worth the money !:(

This location has one of the best looking entrances from the other locations, but it’s a shame getting past the office. Equipment doesn’t get cleaned, weights don’t get racked, two of the treadmills I was on were slipping due to the dust that accumulates under it. It’s pathetic to pay a membership at a good looking gym just to find out that my garage floor is cleaner. I will be changing my member

TRASH! Just signed up for 24Hr and the facility is super filthy with minimum paper towel and sanitizer dispensers. Machines are also filthy and looks as though they have not been deep cleaned in years....going back to Colaw.... Dont even bother with the canned response: "Thank you very much for your feedback. We work hard to keep all of our equipment and facilities clean, well maintained and operational for our members, and apologize for any inconvenience during this visit." Reading the past reviews, this looks like management just dont care.

Just relocated to the area. From the outside the facility looked alright. Woke up at 5am to go try out 24 Hour Fitness and get in a workout. Upstairs workout area hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in who knows how long. Ellipticals out of order. Dirt and hair and just general scum under the machines. Cockroach crawling along the pool. I’m not one to post poor reviews but seriously management has seen the state of uncleanliness of this facility for quite some time and does not care to do a thing about it. Will not return and I should have read the other similar poor reviews prior to my visit.

This is the gym closest to my house and it has always been dirty to some extent (my wife closed her account because of it) but recently its been horrible. I pay for the membership with access to the pool and so far this year the hot tub was closed for two months and the pool (recently failed inspection by the city and forced to close) has been closed a month and a half (and counting). I went to ask for a refund on a month of my membership and they told me that they aren't giving refunds and that I should instead drive to their Mansfield or Grand Praire location (something that was never communicated to me as an option) which are both much further away. Whenever I ask about when the pool is opening up again I always receive a different answer. It is so unfortunate because I think if the management actually cared about keeping it clean, this facility could be beautiful but they are seemingly purposefully letting it go. There are so many people signed up and so few machines open (also a lot of broken machines) that I think the incentive to try is not there from management. I really have enjoyed this place despite its flaws but yikes!
