Great gym that is never too crowded. Staff members are always helpful. Excellent price.

There are a lot of machines, but this is not an ideal gym if you're looking to do any deadlifting. There's not a lot of space; everything is crammed together.

Talk about a gym stuck in the past! Aka your grannies favorite gym! Just moved from NY and decided to try this place out for 30 days as part of their trial.Gyms want to make you feel energetic and vibrant. I don’t know how many 80s hits classics I can take anymore. They need to update their radio system. The trainers are young but some questionable choices representing the gym. I noticed everything behind the desk was handwritten for the employees. In the 21st century we have systems for that.I also noticed they have a bunch of useless equipment laying around such as a trampoline? A half tire in the middle of the gym and one trap bar that takes up SO much room for a place that is already so small. Dude, how many punching bags are you going to have hanging there? Only a handful of people use them. Also a blood pressure machine (why?) just sitting there. We’re not at the doctor’s office. The most irritating thing is the fact that the dumbbells aren’t labeled and have to go on a hunt for the right weight dumbbells. The pros though are that the place is clean, people are friendly, cardio equipment is organized. This gym has potential, but simple things like this need to be tended to in order to attract and retain members. I won’t be joining this gym.

Literally PF without any endearing qualities. There are too many cons about this place so I'll just state a few. The gym has poor ventilation, there is absolutely no air flow so you'll always end up feeling hot and tired. The weights are always a mess and nobody puts them back in order. The big guy Terry (I think that's what his name is), doesn't do anything besides yell at people about rules and constantly goes on power trips. He yelled at a little girl who accidentally dropped her weight and when I say yelled he literally screamed in her face not to drop it again or he'll cancel her membership. For reference the guy is probably 220 lbs and at least 6 feet 2 inches in height. Do with this info what you will, but I implore you to find a better gym in your area.

I recommend this gym. I was only a member briefly while my employer’s gym was closed for a short period for updates, but it was rarely crowded here, the machines all work, it was immaculately clean in the restrooms, and the Wi-Fi signal is great.Mary at the front desk deserves a special shout out for being so friendly and very efficient! On more than one occasion I saw her greeting regulars and helping new members with paperwork at the same time. She also remembered my name which is a great way to make me feel accountable for keeping up routine visits. My only gripe are the motion sensing paper-towel dispensers and faucets. These contraptions rarely recognize me as a human and whenever they break I hope they replace them with standard issue. I also think they might consider later hours on Sundays—I was tempted to go then, in anticipation of the week starting, and always realized at the last minute they were closed.
