Friendly staff and plenty of equiptment. Unfortunately, there's no gender neutral bathrooms or changing areas, which is real pain as a young trans person. Doubt I'd find better at another gym though, so I just change at home...

They won’t let me cancel my membership I have gone in person emailed them and called them yet they continue to charge me!!! I have reported them to the bbb and I guess I am not the first one to do so !!

All great experiences here - friendly staff, clean gym, new equipment...gym has no clear faults - lot of cardio, plenty of weights from dumbells to bench to squat racks, clean shower/bathroom area. Recommended for any level of fitness.

Unhygienic and health concerns! Not a single person in the gym wears a mask. The staff don’t/ won’t enforce their own rules nor the state’s rules during the mask mandate. I’ve never seen a single person wipe down the equipment after use.You can’t deadlift in the gym. And if you want to cancel you must cancel IN PERSON.

I don't know who isn't giving this place 5 stars, but this is BY FAR one of the best gym establishments I've ever been a member of. They have SO much equipment and space and it's ridiculously clean. For $29 per month, its a great deal.

Overall great gym with only one flaw. During the busiest times they take up 20% of the gym with classes that literally only has one person in it. I can’t see it being worth the money to keep doing these classes.

I've been a member of this club off and on since 2016. After covid they continue to charge membership without any email or notification AND you have to be there in person to cancel. I just realized I've been charged for at least14 months for a gym I haven't set foot it. It's sleazy at best. Any other gym I've been a member of has a yearly renewal and communicates by text or email. BUYER BEWARE

They need a lot more space. The equipment they have is good but they are packed in like sardines

Pretty good gym. Not as crowded as others in the area, but also a bit more expensive. Lots of cardio equipment, which is great. The main downside is that there are too many workout machines and not enough free weights. The gym feels more like one from 10 years ago where most people used machines instead of free weights. This leads to lots of people crowding into the free weight sections of the gym while other areas are completely empty.Overall pretty decent. Most people seem to be upset about the cancellation policy. I will say as someone who reads the fine print they make this policy pretty confusing. I wish they were just more clear and upfront that when you cancel you'll essentially be billed for 2 months, and when you sign up, after a month you'll be billed for the first and last month of membership.
