Forest Hill dr: I was there with my kids but kid club was closed and was trying to negotiate where to leave the kids so I can at least get 30mn of work-out. The young lady nicely told me she sorry we can't do that and I thank her for being nice. Here comes a guy name Dominique: "you can cancel your membership if you don't like the place and I'm gonna terminate your membership " Ok since this is my money I went ahead and canceled myself and my son. So you guys give power to your employees to terminate customers just like that?

Decent fitness connection compared to other locations in the DFW area. The cardio area, weight lifting area, machine area, grassy area, and training area are all pretty spacious. They have a Smith machine instead of a squat rack in the women’s area, the dumbbells are capped at 30 lbs, and the straight barbells are max 70 lbs (I’ve been an 80lb on occasion but I don’t think it belongs there). There are personal mats for you if you’d like to use them. The women’s area is spacious but not as spacious and well equipped as the watagua location. I like coming here because I don’t know anyone personally. I haven’t encountered a creep yet. I feel fairly safe and like I can run through my routine unbothered.

Usually a great gym. As of recently, there's been many mishaps that make me want to cancel my membership. For about 4 days they ran out of paper towel for people to clean the machines and everyone was pretty much sweating all over each other. If I was the manager here I would at least either drive to a different location to get more cleaning supplies, buy it myself or send out an email to let people know to bring their own supplies explaining the shortage.During the few days of winter advisory they sent out an email of a delayed opening of 10AM. I stopped by at 12PM and the gym was completely locked up with no notes or any further emails to let everyone know not to come. Completely unprofessional. I sat there for 20 minutes and saw probably 30-40 cars come and go who were also not aware of the gym closing.

Honestly this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too! Staff is friendly and helps with every need. I’ve been here for almost three years now and they’ve never let me down I would always recommend this gym to than others.

I really like this gym. It's very clean and enough space to distance from people.The front desk people are very nice. I never have to wait for a machine.

The workers were very rude and disrespectful. Keep giving ugly stares at my and my friends. Cleary talking about us as soon as we walked in. I am new to texas and didn’t know I didn’t have access to all gyms and they were so disgusting about i tried charging me a lot. I would never come here again. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. The workers are named Zoey and Javier.

My husband and I have been members here for a bit. One employee stands out amongst the rest. Zoey has been consistent in the outstanding customer service she provides. Always greets us with a smile. She’s kind and professional while grabbing our pre-workout and checking us out at the register. We’ve since then also enrolled our two kids to join us during our workouts! Thanks, Zoey!

Love the atmosphere of this location, it has great equipment also! The staff is nice especially Javier. He is always assisting me and helping other out! Great work everyone.

Great atmosphere, glad to have a place to workout while the Hulen location is closed. Patrons were very helpful in assisting me locate machine because this set up is a little different. Guess this will be home until our gym is reopened.

Erik the manager at this location was nothing short of amazing. I was very concerned about an issue I had and he took care of it immediately. He was extremely empathetic, professional, & nice. Thank you Erik, you’re definitely an asset to the company!
