I like this gym... The equipment is up to date and the best times to workout to me are 12noon-5pm. It starts to get busy around 5:30pm if you want to go into the sauna or strength training areas. The cardio machines are surprisingly available at all times due to the variety of cardio equipment they have.

This is the best gym I've ever had a membership to.I had a membership at LA Fitness in Arlington for 6 months and was really disappointed. The price was outrageous, it was always crowded, and their cardio equipment made lots of noise.I stumbled across Fitness nation and I was stoked. $10/month $10 down and a cleaning fee once or twice a year. Can't recall the specifics, but it's negligible.They have top notch equipment, lots of squat racks, bench presses, free weights, and machines. Their cardio equipment is also great, no rattling, noises, or machines that are frequently down for repair.There is a sauna, locker rooms, hand sanitizer, showers and everything else you could possibly need.The gym patrons are friendly, everyone's pretty sociable. Only about half of the people walk around with headphones in, compared to 100% at most gyms.Even at 5-6pm the gym isn't overly crowded.The only thing I don't like is that they play their music loudly. But it's a good mix of music.

Thinking of joining a gym, without putting a dent in your wallet? Fitness Nation is the key -- Can't beat the price and the 24-7 hours flexibility (my favorite)! The class teachers are superb and classes are intelligently scheduled (Yes, there is such a thing as intelligently scheduled.) . And did I mention -- great price?

I like this place a great deal. The machines are always clean and well maintained, the staff is mostly friendly with a few exceptions - lots of college kids passing through, instead of dedicated team members. (This doesn't include the management, however), The price is affordable, and you money goes far. I definitely love that the staff isn't "up your butt" about certain rules, and no one stops you from "grunting" like those other clubs.What I'd love to see is a Wi-Fi connection so I can watch training videos on YouTube or hear my own music, and I'd love to see the men's locker room and bathroom undergo a FULL refurbishment. These things would make my experience better.

It's a good value for the price. The music needs to be updated more often. The majority of the TV channels shown in the cardio area are definitely not the greatest. Facility is relatively clean, but the mats could be wiped down a bit more. Parking is a challenge when going after work; however that's par for the course at most gyms. Equipment is not the latest, but in decent, working order. Overall, it's not too bad, as more often than not, I'm able to find the equipment I want to use without having to wait, which is my main concern.

I love fitness nation, been a member for approx two years. The equipment is excellent excluding the treadmills. The gym stays clean and I would recommend it to everyone. Other gyms have old equipment like 24hr fitness and YMCA, but this gym keep their equipment in great shape. I will miss fitness nation when I leave the area!

Always very clean and organized gym. Good temperature inside in every season. Good size and good equipment. I'm always happy with it when I'm in the city.The staff at the front desk looks often very bored and the music is a bit loud if you want to listen your own one.

The gym is awesome. I love the equipment that they have there and it's all in excellent condition. The only complaint I have is that though they have a few spray bottles around the gym, I'm pretty sure they are only filled with water which does nothing to sanitize the bench after sweaty people get finished with the bench. I'd love to see spray bottles filled with some sort of cleaning solution spread all around the gym and wipe cloths to accompany them, but I'll settle for the current spray bottles being filled w/ some kind of disinfectant!

This is such a great gym. Love that it's 24 hours, not a bad mix of music, great equipment, and even at peak hours I've never had much of a problem waiting for machines. You cannot beat the price, and it's much better than the LA fitness nearby which charges more. I'll be moving to Dallas soon and I'm gutted that I'll have to find a new gym.

I must say has to be the cleanest gym I've been to! This gym has wonderful trainers who make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Lots of equipment to use and it's never too packed! I love the different classes they have to offer as they are so much fun you don't even realize you're working out! They have free childcare and reasonable hours.They are always great with my little man which makes and helps this mama get a workout in!Lots of space for the kiddos to run around. I highly recommend the gym and to top it off their membership is cheap!
