I have been a member at this gym for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! There are plenty of free weights and machines, as well as a BUNCH of treadmills. The child center is amazing. They are so good with my daughter and she really enjoys going.

Really enjoying this gym! It’s a great gym for the price, if you need something fancy or high end machines this may not be the place for you. However, all the machines and weights are in good condition and mostly updated and work our great for me. I also enjoy that they have classes you can take as well. It’s definitely worth the price!

A great place for me to workout. The instructors in the classes are super sweet and the gym is ALWAY CLEAN! The staff lets you work and sometimes likes to have a conversation with you when you are leaving. Great customer service and I wish they would get more new workout equipped like the rope. That would be AWESOME!! Or if there were to have the cold towels after getting out of the saint or working out.

Just joined this week and I am impressed with what I have seen so far. I also have a membership at Fitness Connection and have frequented the locations in Irving and Arlington. Let me tell you, those gyms don't even hold a candle to this one! This gym is always clean, the equipment is always working, and the staff are friendly as can be. There's a general sense of respect for each other here. Everyone puts back their weights, machines are wiped down, and no one is lolly gagging around. Definitely happy to make the jump over.

Great gym! I don't attend classes, but the Zumba class on Thursdays packs the gym. People of all ages and physical fitness levels attend on a regular basis making it a great atmosphere for exercise. Highly recommended for family members!

Went in to explore a possible membership and was not impressed. First impressions were fair to good, the place looked organized and not too crowded. Things took a downward turn when we asked to speak to someone about memberships for three of my family. There were at least four employees standing at the desk that just looked at us and we asked to speak to someone the young lady we spoke to seemed like she couldn't understand English, once she lifted her head from her phone I had to ask three time about membership. Once we understood each other she pointed to an office where ther were two other teenagers one of which was gracious enough to help us. She was pleasant enough she also had poor communication skills, something you'd think was needed for the job she was performing. The facility was ok with dated and rundown looking restrooms and changing rooms. I know this is a gym on a budget but they should invests a bit more in training and restoration.

Decent gym. Locker rooms are ragly. Staff not motivated, didn't speak upon arrival. One was ok, the service you get nowadays is horrible. They want your business but don't know how to treat you. A.C. didn't work, staff also never asked how was my visit. Good equipment though, lots of room to workout. Too far from where I stay. It's really no different from the gym I'm at now. Shady fitness connection.

I went to this gym on a free pass and I wasn't completely blown away like I thought I would be by some of the reviews. The staff is very nice up front and in the child care. The personal trainers seemed very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. The ONLY thing I didnt like was that as a new or potential member, no one was there to show me around the gym, so i was immediately confused and felt lost. I had to ask a trainer to show me around, and he was short on time. And secondly, the place was really dirty. The child care smelled awful and the equipment had black grime on the area where sit and touch, the bathroom smells like urine, and the child care had old, run down dirty toys. That could be really bad if it's not taken care of. However, if those changes were made, I think this place would be 5 star!

I love this gym. Plenty of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. I never have to wait for anything in the morning hours. Dry Sauna is a nice bonus.My only complaint is that I wish they were a little more strict about re-racking weights or had somebody that kept up with it on staff. It's not uncommon to see over half of the free weight stations with weights still loaded onto them and if they are re-racked you'll have to pull off heavier weights to reach the smaller ones.

What I absolutely love about this gym is the fact the staff hadn't changed since I've joined. I've seen new faces but the same ladies and gentlemen are still there years later which makes me happy!Anytime anything breaks at this gym, they are quick to fix it. I love the cleaning staff, they are sweet kind and take pride in keeping the gym clean.I love the fact that this gym has classes, cycling, andry sauna, a nicely kept locker room, very clean bathrooms and showers.Everyone that goes to this gym is so respectful and nice. I have never had a bad encounter there. I've been going for about 3 years now. I'll never join another gym. I've been to them all, and this one is by far the best.Also the kids area is clean, the ladies in there genuinely love kiddos, and keep the kids safe so you can work out with a peace of mind that your kiddos are well kept.Another amazing aspect is that there is no contract! You won't want to leave though ^_^There is a free guest pass you can download online on their website, just show them the code when you go in and no one bumbards you with questions or tried to get you to join. I literally just got scanned in and had the opportunity to work out in peace.Every other gym I went to, they tried to get me to sign up before I even tried out the gym. Fitness nation was the only one that didn't do that. That's why I chose them.
