When I first signed up with Fitness Nation, I was very pleased and impressed with the facility. However, I have since come to loathe them. The staff I have dealt with are extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. My sales person initially lied to me when I first signed up for memebership, back in January, and today, when I called to get the phone number to their corporate offices, I was met with such attitude, resistance and just downright rudeness, It took all of my strength to contain myself. All I wanted was a phone number. He didn't know whether I wanted the number for a good reason or a bad reason. He was unwilling to assist me, he was rude and extremely condescending. I cannot wait to cancel my membership, since apparently, he couldn't do it.

My fiancé and I recently toured the facility and were very impressed with the cleanliness, equipment and amenities. However, when we went back to join we were treated with such rudeness, disrespect and unprofessionalism by the a representative during the initiation process that we instantly changed our minds. We are really disturbed because we were looking forward to joining.

As a member of this gym it's 24hrs and there's weights, what's not to love? Yea it can be crowded at times, but that's because it's a gym, what do you expect? Like I said before it's open 24hrs come back later, if you don't have time for the gym then stay at home. The staff is great, always well maintained, friendly environment, the only thing intimidating is your next challenge. If you're a night owl like me and hate crowds avoid evenings, get there earling in the morning or go in the early AM's when it's pretty much you and your headphones. Noon's aren't too bad either before I go to work. Love this place. Did I mention it's 24hrs?

Pro's: Clean, new, 24 hours, Well priced membership, Staff is nice, Staff has a crew that goes around periodically to re rack the weights that others don't, motivating music.Con's: Meat heads who leave heavy weight on the equipment, It becomes crowded at the usual times that you think it would, the area closest to the dry sauna is really warm the walls don't really do a good job of keeping the heat contained in that area, it could be a bit cooler in the gym all around (personally if i over heat i get sick). The parking lot is a bit sketchy and shared with that pool hall right next to the gym (on leg day upfront parking is nice to have) and the lights turn off around 5:02 a.m. in the morning while its still pitch black BUT they do have cams pointed at the lot as well as the APD randomly stopping inn and cruising the lot. I have noticed a couple of ppl who do drop heavy weight, that's a bit annoying.All in all the gym is good, deff worth it being 24 hours but that can change at any point in time if you read through the contract. If the 24 hours go so does my membership.

Gym has new equipment, is clean, has a good vibe, and is open 24 hours....what more could you want from a gym? I really like the place over places like LA or Planet fitness. Highly recommend it to folks that live in Arlington.

This gym is always crowded because it is cheap. You have to get in line to work out especially at evening times. Parking is pain in this location. The space is not designed for a gym. It might be good for a restaurant. You don't feel comfortable working out in this gym. I canceled my membership last May. However, today is August 8th and Fitness Nation is still charging me a monthly fee. That is awful and not professional. I already disputed this fee last month and got the credit back but it seems that I need to further keep an eye on my account and call my bank so I can stop this absurdity.By the way, most of the 5 stars reviews you find here are written by the staff members themselves or their friends. You can notice that easily when you go to this gym you will see the same faces that are writing these reviews.

Solid gym. Open 24 hours. Big. Newer machines. Well maintained. Good music (DJ mixes). They even have a sauna. Only got 4 stars due to the shower area and toilets being dirty at times. And the staff does not always greet you when you check in or say good bye when leaving.

I have had many memberships at other clubs in previous years, I really like the layout of the club. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very helpful, they provide a lot of options in order to reach your goals. Sauna is not too packed always good temperature for me I generally use it about 2-3 times a week. I like that they have a spaced out floor for working out with variety of accessories and dumbbells to increase the creativity and workout intensity. They also have a great personal training staff if you like a customized workouts and nutrition.

Everyone on staff is pleasant, the gym is clean, the equipment is new, and it's open 24/7!There are enough machines to not have to wait for use. Even if I don't know how to use a machine exactly, either staff or another member will help! The group classes are fun, if you like going to those. All in all, love this place!

Great set up, really nice staff. Definitely glad I joined. I'm sure it can't be easy keeping a gym clean with all the people that come in and out but they do a great job. All gyms have their peak hours but that's just the nature of the beast. I highly recommend if you live in the area and looking for a gym to join, this is the one to go to. (And I'm not friends with anyone on the staff or a staff member)
