I appreciate the price and availability. Just wish the staff cleaned more and serviced the equipment. There a suana and a variety of equipment. Really good spin classes.

I understand every gym that is open from a small gym to the big gym you got to make money I understand that part but when you have some gym will let you come in with your friend once twice so anytime when they show up but they're paying enough but the small gym wants you to pay $10 per time you come in I don't know

This joint is not bad. Well worth the price. Get there around three and its not that crowded. Only been going a few weeks but plan to be there quite a while! Keep it up guys

I'll be posting my review on facebook, if this one is removed by the owner - My friend was treated horribly by the owner at this location. I'll try to make this long story short, but it all started with a billing dispute (dated back to 2020) that was supposed to be handled by 'Esi' (not sure if spelling is correct). He works the front desk. Apparently, he told (my friend), with manager approval, he was able to get some late fees waived from her account, but she later found out that never happened. I think Esi caught amnesia because after she called and confronted him, he didn't recollect 'their' recent phone conversation(s). So, naturally, she was upset and requested to speak with a manager (Asad, manager/owner), who turned out to be worse than Esi, went into straight defense-mode. He treated, my friend, 'like a dog in the streets', called her a "liar." She could barely get a word in - didn't want to hear anything she had to say, just total rudeness and unprofessionalism at its finest. I was completely shocked when she called; she was almost in tears. Needless to say, my entire family canceled our memberships. We don't condone that type of treatment, especially where we pay money. There's so many ways he could've handled this situation. Instead of calling someone a "liar", even if he had the slightest inkling she wasn't telling the truth, you don't call a 'PAYING' customer a liar! All he had to do was say, "I'm sorry, I don't recall having that conversation with Esi, but let me chat with him about what's going on, and I'll give you a callback shortly with an amicable resolution.'" It's that f**** simple, customer service 1on1, but instead he let his pride get in the way and chose to lose business.

Great gym always clean when I’ve gone never too packed in evenings and glad that all the members are just minding their own business and not worried about other people as well as members don’t walk around they’re thinking they’re better than the other or bigger than the other great place

This gym is horrible and the gym owner is very disrespectful.... $15 a month with no AC in Tx... Dont ask about anything or else you will thrown out and police called on you... fyi... Go at your own risk!! Oh and don't be happy... lol

Started going here about 2 months ago and I love it. I can go whenever I have free time and they have so much equipment. Definitely worth the price which is great too.

So far so good my first week has been good… The place is nice… Could use some upgrades… I’m still going to another gym along with this one… like I said so far so good

By far the worst I’m seeing the treatment of black people when there is an issue here gets totally disregarded & no respect is given ! The disrespect & out right rudeness of management here is ridiculous! I was told I could cancel on June 2nd and was informed as long as I came in by the end of the month I could fill the form out and NOT be charged ! However I was charged and told I should take accountability for my actions etc by a manager ! IF YOUR BLACK AND HAVE AN ISSUE BE PREPARED TO BE DISRESPECTED & UNDERVALUED !

Jus a brief visit to consider a membership, the curb appeal the drive up is on the low end trash and debris covers the lot...inside is doable, spacious and multiple training stations..if u can get past the thoughts on the drive up to train one inside you'll be Alright but there is still the question on the best time too go train ✊
