A great place for both, adults and kids, whether you are a beginner or experienced fighter. My kid love this place. Best coaches and various classes. We took Muay Thai class 6 months class and will continue. I highly recommend this place!

Robert Visitacion’s V Fit program was so important to the development of my sons. They wouldn’t be the young men they are right now without the tutelage and support they received from their V Fit family. Not only did it do wonders for them physically, but they learned so many life skills like patience, focus, drive, confidence, and humility. They are both in college now, successfully pursuing advanced degrees, and credit their many years with V Fit as a fundamental difference maker in their character, attitudes and work ethic. We are so thankful for V Fit’s program, and would encourage everyone to participate as we did!
