Amazing place to get a great work out and have fun while doing it. Very welcoming and everyone is so nice. Always a different work out and have awesome instructors that will keep you motivated to help reach to your goals. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you're wanting to learn self defense/how to fight or just to go shed some pounds.

Our child has been going to V-FIT Martial Arts for a few months now and we absolutely love it. Sabum Nim Robert is an excellent instructor and he is really great with the kids. He encourages them to do their best and teaches them proper form in a positive manner. He also explains why something is important in a way that kids can easily understand. We can't say enough great things about him. We highly recommend V-Fit Martial Arts House of Champions.

My 9y old son loves taking TKD from V-Fit. Robert Visitacion (the owner and instructor) is the perfect balance of tough and nurturing. He's very kind, but also helps the children strive to be better and reach goals.

Excellent instructors, staff, and programs...Master Robert Visitacion has over 40 years of experience in martial arts with a professional kick boxing background...also recently inducted in the martial arts hall of fame...Master Robert Visitacion strives to give each students 1 on 1 training and creates a family type of experience for all students...would absolutely recommend to family and friends...

I've been going here for awhile now and it is fantastic. I do the adult kickboxing class and it's like a little workout family and push you to be better. It's a great work out also good for self defense.

Mr. Visitation has a patience and tolerance for children that I have rarely seen. My two kids have taken Tae Kwon Do from him for years and love it.
