I walked in and I was out of my comfort zone and a little bit intimidated, then immediately it vanished, people started walking up to me and introducing themselves, Robert at the front desk got me settled in. My grandson Miles began Tae Kwan Do beginner classes about 6 months ago and Loves it! He is learning what every parent/grandparent wants their child to learn: confidence, focus, self-control, self-discipline, respect for others and himself, goal setting and self-defense should he need it. All while getting exercise and having FUN! I Love that it is in a nice facility with a calm atmosphere, located close to home in our nice little town of Kennedale. Parking is free and plenty. Parents may sit inside and watch, watch from outside thru the full length glass windows, or while sitting inside your vehicle if you park right up front.The owner/instructor, Robert Visitacion, is very professional and you can see the students respect and love for him shine thru. He is always accessible to help with your need~~returns calls promptly. Recently he helped me with a last minute request to get another uniform. He even made sure my grandson got his new uniform on and helped him get his belt tied properly as his class was beginning.Great place to learn~~and icing on the cake is this owner/instructor is a Martial Arts Hall of Famer and World Champion Full Contact Karate Fighter/ Instructor~~your child will be learning from the best!! Miles' little brother will be 6 soon and can't wait to start his Tae Kwan Do journey!

I've been coming to this gym for about 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. Whether you want to fight or just want a fun and effective workout, this gym is the place to be! The coaches are amazing first of all! They are very friendly and supportive and really take the time to work with you one on one during class to make sure you're understanding the drills and getting the techniques down. Aside from that, the people who attend classes here are extremely friendly and are always welcoming to new faces. This is a judgment-free zone and we all strive to push our teammates to be the best that they can. You're guaranteed to go home drenched in sweat and feeling more confident than ever! We are very happy here at House of Champions, our son loves everyone here. Robert Leticia Visitacion and he’s coach Mark. I’m so happy that we have found you House of Champions.

Where do I begin. My son is in Tae kwon do. My son has been going here for just about a month. He LOVES it. He had a Belt Testing and has moved up to Yellow Belt. The feeling you have when you walk in the door is amazing. You are treated like family and just watching your child participate is so enjoyable. The Instructors know and address the children by their names. I am so glad that I signed my son up.

Love the patience with the younger kids, lots of energy right there to keep the balance and concentration of each one, My 3 kids love the classes. The goals, that I myself admire, of greater focus, confidence building, memory strength, great disciplined habits, are highly visible traits in the student's target areas. I am very proud of my kids continuing earned results and my strongest recommendation the lead instructor Robert and all those that assist him. There is gold mine of knowledge and guidance to gain at V-Fit, regardless if you are a child or adult aged student. Make time to visit, you will be very impressed, promise!
