Corporate greed back at again. I bought a lifetime membership for a large amount 10 years ago and they've constantly tried to screw me over. This location is their most recent money grab. My membership was sold as an all club pass but it doesn't work here so I'll be moving on.I will be joining the class action lawsuit.

This comany is horrible, my niece told them like monthly membership and 2 months later find out she got charged year membership, no cancellation also.,ripped off , they are dishonest company ,doing bussiness by cheating, worst experice ever. When the card was issued, it did not tell me that it was a one-year plan. In less than a year, the annual fee was deducted. Cancellation on the way could not be cancelled! Cancel must be paid for one year! They are stealing money

Not at all what we expected. We waited several months for a mediocre gym to open. Pickin's are slim in the Arvada West area as far as gym's go. We lived over by Chuze Fitness but had to cancel due to our move. Chuze is way better for half the price! 24 HR is NOT worth the fee they charge for what they offer.

Compared to other options in the area such as Prestige Fitness this club is a welcome addition to the West Arvada area. I don't think the dues are outrageous. They have a large free weight area, squat racks, and quality equipment.

Charge more but no added value. Plus the annual fee is a way to charge more without giving more. No classes offered between 6 and 8 am. Class floor is slippery. I pulled my groin as i went down into a wide squat because my shoe slipped. Me and another girl had to do lunges on a yoga mat to prevent further injury. Instructor was sharing it is known problem but doesnt seem to be of high priority. But yes new equipment is always beautiful so thats why it got a 2 instead of a 1. Class only had 5 people so you dont have to do a waitlist

This club replaced the one at 88th & Wads, a previous Bally's club that 24Hr took over. That club had a running track, and 2 racquetball courts. This new 24Hr, failed to install any racquetball (2 24Hrs clubs down south have racquetball !!), and no track. Yes, all the equip is new, which is nice, but being a Super sport demands more features than what over clubs offer (heck, chuze has a movie room and hydro massage !!!). For a new club, the locker rooms, again, were designed too small. This aggravates me to no end, being cramped in a locker room. Go look at Tru Fit on 120th & Federal locker room - no comparison. The basketball court only has two hoops - really!!!??? The 24Hr at 80th &Sheridan and 120th have 6 hoops. How cheap can they get!! Towel service is fine, but that is really the only amenity I see over the other non 24Hr Sports clubs (non Super Sport). Good thing I won a 1 yr membership at Grand opening, but I only go there 1 day/wk, and go to Tru Fit on 88th the rest of the time. When Vasa opens at 100th&Wads in April, I'll be joining there for the same price as 64th&Ward, but it will have many more features + racquetball!!! Well Done Vasa!! Also, if you are bent on going to the 24Hr at 64th&Ward, don't buy a membership at the club, go to Costco instead and get it for $25/month which also gives all club access. Note, I have been a 24Hr member since 2009 on a very good deal and am also in the Class Action Suit against them for sales reps lying to customers when selling memberships. Another reason to get your membership at Costco and not the club.

I've been looking for a new gym and tried the 3 day pass so I could get a feel for 24 hour fitness, since they're only 4 min from the house. I only ended up using 1 day of the pass. Came in and spent an hour doing their "tour", the last 20 min of which was spent in a meeting, surviving the hard sales tactics of 2 employees, who kept pushing for me to "sign today". I must've said no to personal training 3 times before they let up...only to ask me to sign up and pay for "mini group sessions". I stopped giving reasons and just said no. I ran off to the class I had wanted to take (a digital class), but the equipment wasn't working. There were also only 2 other people who were taking the class...the gym was practically empty. Anyway, at this point my time was up and I had just spent $6 (their childcare), to spend an hour feeling like I was at a timeshare meeting, and not work out. As I walked out, I saw the people who had tried to sell me a membership in a meeting. I had wanted to at least be polite and say goodbye. Another associate told me they were in a "sales training" meeting..apparently because I'd turned down their many requests. They called me later and asked when I would be coming back. I said I wasn't.I'm pretty disappointed because I really wanted to join this gym, but won't go back if its such high pressure on the employees to make a sale. Ruins the experience.

Best 24hr I've been. The bad comments I see on here, in my opinion I have never dealed with. the front desk greats you with a smile and always says have a good day, the machine and overall facility are extremely clean compared to any other 24hr I've been to. The last three 24 hours I've been too, I would not have given such a good review. This location in my experience, has been amazing. Very friendly and out going, and VERY CLEAN.

New gym and new equipment. Love the atmosphere that they provide. Really upset with 40,000 + square feet they didn’t do a whole lot. I was hoping for another Parker and arapahoe style super sport gym but it’s all good. Really worth the super sport upgrade. It just sucks that people are complaining about the price and that their sport level membership can’t get in. Not to be mean but the nearby gym 80th and Sheridan gym was my home gym and it sucks that they close down the 88th location and now the 80th is too pack with lots of a**holes members. I prefer this gym with a little extra on top of my membership fees just to get away from how pack that gym is along with I don’t have to deal with obnoxious and greedy members that 80th absorb. Please don’t downgrade this gym to sport level

I've been a member for 28 yrs and originally bought the all inclusive membership, meaning I could go to any gym in the US. Over the years they have have renigged on their contract by telling me I can't go to this gym or that gym because it's a Sport or whatever. I don't care about their supposed fancy, new equipment, I care about my health. All they care about is their bottom line and NOT good customer service. I've spent over $4,000 in my time at their gyms. They can't even give me the courtesy of transferring to a gym that is blocks from my house, instead I have to drive 40 minutes to continue paying my dues and stay healthy. 28 yrs. I've never committed to any relationship that long and their loyalty to their long time customers is NON-EXISTENT.I give you zero stars for some of the worst customer service and will only continue to go so that I don't become unhealthy. I don't recommend 24 hr Fitness AT ALL.Apparently, I can't post this unless I give you one star, but trust me, it's zero.
