They have a towel service but unfortunately the towel bins are always overflowing and the front dedk is always out of towels. This is a reflection of a poor management. Makes me wonder if they got a new GM recently because the service really seemed to take a dive in the last month or two. Makes it not really worth the extra money they charge for being a supersport.

Well they have solved their chronic shortage of towels by doing away with the service. Appears to be a national move looking at Reddit. I feel this is a big mistake and hopefully will bite them. My monthly rate was calculated with this service included. There is no corresponding rate reduction so this is an instant return to the bottom line. Don’t insult us with the premise you are saving the planet. I placed a lot of value on this service so will be considering leaving. I have not been happy for some time with the conditions in the men’s locker room between the over crowding during peak times and globs of human hair left in the showers for weeks on end.

If I could make it a minus -10 I would!! Went in 24 hour on Saturday and was met by a black haired kid about 5’8”. Was not very helpful and rude and very cocky. I just moved here from California and my nephew wanted to take me to his gym. Well we did and he hasn’t been to gym since November and membership was canceled so he decided to renew it.. That’s ok ,but this little punk says it’s a 20 fee to bring a guest for the day. I said really I belong to a gym in California and it’s name is Planet Fitness and they don’t charge to bring a guest. And that little punk gets an attitude and even more cocky and I tell him we will just find a Planet Fitness to go to today.. And he said good you can leave now!!

Our family is split on our feelings about this location. We both agree that that pool and locker rooms were great and clean. There were plenty of working equipment to go around. It was our first time going after midnight. I wanted to go after work, hoping it would help me sleep better. I was the only female in the locker room after my shower. No quicker than I put my shoes on a man walks in unannounced. He looked right at me and with a loud voice I said ," I'm still here!" He pushed his cleaning cart toward the bathroom stalls then walked out didn't say a word to me. I preceded to the sink to brush my eat. Right when I started to rinse my mouth out, I hear another man shout out something. So I walked towards the lockers to find out what's going on. I yell out, " yes, I'm still in here." Now I'm really mad. I didn't take a long shower. I didn't take a long time getting dressed. Why am I being rushed to get out of the bathroom area at 1: 45am? I did complain to the lady at the front desk that two men barged in on me while in the locker room and the first guy didn't announce his presence. Which is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. What if I had been completely naked or wrapped in a towel? OMG I don't know how I would have reacted.I didn't mention that was Monday the 24th in the early a.m..

This low score is mainly due to towel service being terminated. Conveniently, when I try to provide feedback on their website my entry is "rejected due to content." The only thing that set this location apart from a different club was the towels. We have been members for nearly two years. We will be looking for a new gym.I enjoyed the space, equipment, and that it never seems to get overly busy.

As a silver sneakers member I have access to many gyms in the area. I have been a 24 hr member for years. The gym at 64th and Ward in Arvada serves my needs perfectly. The front staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Many choices of equipment. The entire facility is always in top notch condition. I don't understand people dropping a membership because of lack of towel service. Bring your own! I will say it is very difficult to get a hold of the facility itself. You have to go through a national 24 Hr call center and jump through numerous hoops to get a number that will connect you with the front desk. This is not acceptable and I hope someone will read this and pass it on to corporate. That is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars. There are many gym choices in the Northwest metro area and silver sneaker members can attend most of them, so take note 24 Hr. All in all, I have been happy with the gym. Would appreciate a zumba class during the day hours.

The gym location itself is great! Nice and new, and a decent amount of modern equipment. However, trying to call member services was not a pleasant experience. I called and was quoted “20 minutes” before someone would answer my call. Waited for over an hour, and then the system just hung up on me. Gym is nice, but once they have your $50 a month they don’t care about you or anything else you need.

Decent equipment, but it does get super busy at peak times and some of the cardio machines have issues. Main reason for the low score is the move to suspend the towel service, which was a huge convenience for me and a big part of why I chose this gym. If they were honest about it and said it was to save money, fine...but they put on this facade about reducing water usage and then tell us to bring our own towels.

A great fitness club, one of the best in the area.Clean, well maintained, with all the latest club fitness equipment. The club atmosphere is inspiring and motivational. I like it because of its adult orientation and seriousness. Folks! This is not a teen-hangout spot. The only negative is members not showering before entering the wet area facilities. Like the pool, saunas, and whirlpool.

New 1/2 year old so equipment works and in good repair. Wi-Fi also works.
