The facility is new and the senior programs are great. The real negative is members not showering before entering the pool, saunas, and whirlpool.Just put a large sign up "Members must shower before entering pool area!!!!

Might wanna talk to your tall female trainers about their professionalism when it comes to talking trash about patrons working out. Just a suggestion.

Stopped by for a quick swim. Pool is super nice. Did not use the weight room but it looked great.

There is NO LONGER any real reason to be a member of a super sport. Towel service was it.Hiding laziness and increasing profit margins to “save water”? NOONE is buying it.

Employee lied. Same equipment and everything at other 24 hour fitness clubs for $10 less a month. Customer service not helpful. And way cheaper for other gyms. NOT WORTH THE COST HERE.

Recently tried this gym, couldn't recommend it. Here's why:- More ads than music. Do you like working out to febreeze commercials?- They spaced the lights too far apart, and had to make them brighter to compensate. Imagine bench pressing while staring into a spotlight - not fun- Directly backlight huge fan that creates a weird stroping effect over a corner of the gym. Hello nausa- Creepy ads all over of demented figures encouraging to "ignore your limits"

As a 3 year 24 Hour Fitness member I found myself in Arvada and hoped to try out a Super Sport location for my workout. Instead of paying the $20 one time fee, I decided to use that $20 to get two months to Planet Fitness.

I signed on for a year, and when I went in to end my contract (I moved) they blew me off. They said they would call me, but no one ever got in touch with me, so I went in and tried to cancel in person. They cancelled my membership right away, but I still got billed $40 for the month. All of the trainers are pushy about getting you to sign up for one of their expensive programs, and if you turn them down they'll give you the stink-eye the whole time you work out.
