24 Hour Fitness

Got a friendly staff that are engaged with their guests! Dylon is always smiling and constantly communicates with all the guests to keep them happy to be a part of this gym community!

This facility has a lot going for it. The building is fairly new and still looks nice. The workout area is large and there is a multitude of good workout equipment. The personnel at the front desk were helpful. However, I noticed during a mid morning workout today that the men's locker room appears ill maintained. Toilet paper dispenser was empty and the floor was in bad need of cleaning. Makes me wonder about the showers and pools, sauna etc. I can't speak to the workout area as I didn't notice, but the locker room detracts from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Been a member all of 2 days. TWO DAYS!! Staff is completely worthless but I guess that’s what you get when it is only staffed by high schooler. They would much rather talk to their friends at the front desk than answer a few simple questions we had. Absolutely no regard for the members and seemed annoyed that we ever approached them. One even pulled out his phone and left to go sit down by the computers/drinks. Not impressed at all. What a waste of $150 start up fee and $20/mo.

I'll give you 3 stars for now. Your bathrooms are getting a little better. Still pretty dirty around the rest of the gym there's a lot of hair ..it hasn't been mopped for a very long Time. but I like the gym so far other than how dirty it is.. Talk To staff they said there's going to be a meeting about it to get a better cleaning crew in there. I really hope so. It's an amazing gym but the hair and the sweat stains all over there equipment is pretty hard not to notice when you're working out. And again the hair is crazy.. You guys just need to have someone walk around every hour and check the trash cans and wipe a section of the gym at a time and you have to mop and vacuum around the equipment there's piles and piles and hair that gets all over your gym bag and your clothes. they're close. But others than that the gym rocks hopefully you guys can get It all figured out so everybody is safe.. I would hate to see staff infection take over that gym it's very easy to do it happens a lot when gyms aren't being took in care of and bleached. The mats have to be bleached . It will spread like wildfire if it gets in that gym it just takes one infected person and it grows on everything.. Not . To mention about covid 19.Thanks

Way too crowded. they charged me 3 months after I canceled too.

Nice place friendly people but a bunch of kids work in there they don't clean up the men's locker room

Great facility, never had to wait for a machine. Staff is friendly and helpful. Need some personal training, Coach Jake is great!!

Cam did a great job with helping me and my friend out while he was alone, he was answering phone calls while also helping find me a suitable membership for my needs

Love the location, that's its actually open 24 hours and the staff is friendly. It'll spoil you for any other 24 though, I travel alot between TX and SoCal and none come anywhere close to this one.

It can be busy at times but that's why I got a 24-Hour membership and not some other gym. Go during off hours and you won't wait for a single machine.
