I would have gave 5 stars but they only one self spottimg weight machine out of the entire gym . They need at least 3 self spotting weight machines in this place . I mean how dose planet have 4 or 5 in their locations but not 24 hour

Very unhappy lately. The cleaning crew I guess has been replaced or fired or something. But there’s hair all over the floor. Garbage in the bathrooms. Don’t get me started on the toilets!

Clean, friendly workers & open 24 hours unlike most places…if only king soopers was still open that much 😢. It has a basketball court, suana & pool. Started up my membership a few weeks ago and have zero complaints. …

I only go after 9pm but one of the cleaner 24's. All the equipment is up-to-date and great functional area. Night staff is really polite and friendly.

Won't be giving this gym any of my money, I signed up for a 3 day pass to see if I wanted sign up at this gym, but I won't be signing up here. The guy at the front desk wouldn't let me use my 3-day pass because I wasn't sure if I was going to sign up or not. What a joke SMH... I'll go check out a few of the better options lol.

We are from out of town and used this gym for a few days. Nice equipment. Clean. However, on our last day, the morning employee didn’t show up and you had a parking lot full of people up early to work out, and nobody there to let them in. 4:30am alarm for nothing… Screwy.

False advertising is practiced here consistently, I see. After reading the other google reviews it is clear I am not the first or the second customer to be mislead. I am not familiar with other locations, but this one in Arvada seems to be out of tune with their corporate advertising. A free 3-day pass offered online (at their specific location) is not honored here. I even received an email with a confirmation code for the pass to use. When we went in ready to try out the gym and work out, we were told that "we don't do the free passes anymore".... This is called "Deceptive Trade Practices". After being excited to finally re-join a next-door gym after COVID, I am disappointed in a lack of customer services skills and untruthful practices here. There were no apologies or attempts to remedy the situation, or even any interest in gaining me as a client. It did NOT feel like a friendly place.

I went here to start a free trial. I am a member at the gym down the road and their power was out today. I have been considering picking up a membership at this 24-hour for weeks now because there are days at my gym when classes take up the equipment I use. I walked in and the front desk woman asked my wife and I if we were coming over from the other gym. We said yes. She then told us that we are not allowed to use the free trial because we were coming from the other gym. I had been wanting to go to this gym for months and really wanted to start the 10 dollar a month membership on top of my others gym membership! You had a chance to get my business and you failed miserably.

This is certainly one of the nicer 24 Hour Fitness locations. The only problem is that it’s a 24 Hour Fitness location (also the steam room contains toxic mold). For those who are blissfully unaware, 24 Hour Fitness has customer service tantamount to the DMV… don’t sign up unless you want to spend two hours on the phone trying to figure out which miserable corporate slave actually knows how to cancel your membership (they all do, but they’ve been trained by corporate to make the experience as difficult as possible in a desperate attempt to hold onto it’s members). The gym has deservedly become a stinky ghost town. I recommend all the members get together and stage a coup. Just make sure that you guys scrub down the steam room really good afterwards.

Don't waste your time to engage with this business. Terrible employees. Front desk person with name Tony was rude and incompetent. I applied on their web site for 3 days free pass and when I came to the location Tony's statement was they don't give 3 days free pass, they have "another promotion" on the table now. On my question if their web page promote scam advertisement I get silence. Then he called another employee with name Kristina to help him keep insulting me and provide zero cooperation. I insisted to get what their web page offering but they still repeating "it's not available in this location". Turned around and walked away. Awful experience. I only can imagine how they treat customers on regular base. Zero stars would be more preferable for this facility.
