Very outdated equipment and locker rooms. The sauna and steam room were great and the hot tub feels great but it’s so old. The pool is not heated but it’s good enough.

Love the hometown feel with how friendly the staff is. Great selection of workout classes and group activities. Their locker rooms could use some updating, otherwise the facilities are great! By far the best in the area.

This is not a safe space for veterans and I'd say they do not follow "christian" principles. There are plenty of safer spaces in the area.

Great steam room when it's open. Call before you drive down there. They have to close it during business hours because of staffing issues.
