I have been working out here for 2 years now, and it is the best gym in Athens hands down. The front desk is always nice and helpful. I also love that they have a women’s only gym!!

This gym has horrible customer service. Everything is old and the restroom stinks as if no one cleans them. The staff is not friendly. The energy in there is dark and dead. If you like good energy, this is not the gym for you. If you try to cancel your membership, they will continue to charge you afterwards and you have to dispute it with your bank. Don't bother calling them because they will give you zero help. The only plus side is that it's plenty of parking because no one goes to this gym.

I love AHF! Ive been working out here throughout college and its been cool to see the place expand. Staff is always super nice and helpful makes me feel like they’re genuinely happy to see me. I had to cancel today (super sad because I’ll miss this place a lot), but it was super easy. Hoping to find a place like this when i move!

Called to cancel, can’t unless I show up in person. I was going to overlook the broken equipment, awful smell and general uncleanliness not to mention the saunas not working for months and don’t get me started on their “other location”. I’m Not typically slamming businesses because I understand things happen but they could at least show some courtesy, I’m traveling and offered to send my wife in person but nope. If you’re considering this as your gym, think twice and read the reviews (something I should have done)

Absolutely love this gym! I always feel that I have so many options to choose from when it comes to gym, but I'm so glad I landed here. The staff is super nice and helpful and it's not too expensive for memberships. Definitely recommend! Wish I could find this good of a gym everywhere I have lived.

The good thing about this fitness center is their's plenty of equipment and friendly staff. The bad part is that a lot of that equipment is either broke down or worn out. My wife and I decided to go back to planet fitness.

The membership is over priced for the condition of the equipment. Multiple ones were broken. The sauna wasn't working as well. They do have a lot of classes u can take and they have shower doors where as other gyms I've went to have just a small curtain. They also have a women's only gym.

Ive been a member for years(since it was omni).A good gym overall. Pros: It has lots of space, equipment and competitive membership fees as well as nice staff with a great variety of classes and personal trainers. Great place to get in shape and gains. Cons: A/C in men’s looker room hasn't worked properly for some time leading to high temps and everything being generally wet all the time from condensation which is unsanitary and also a slip hazard. Equipment repairs seem to take a while as well. Regardless of these, I recommend AHF.

Athens Fitness is simply amazing! I have visited over 30 gyms in my travels, but Athens Fitness stands out for their outstanding equipment and friendly staff.
