This Crunch gym location has most elements in place for an effective workout experience. Despite being smaller than other locations, it delivers the essentials adequately and the staff are friendly, contributing to a positive gym environment. However, my experience has been tainted by certain administrative mishaps, particularly in terms of billing. Initially, I signed up for a corporate membership. What was promised to me verbally during the sales pitch and what I actually received once I started paying the hefty $125 monthly fee turned out to be two different scenarios. This, coupled with the fact that I was mistakenly charged the yearly fee twice, has been quite disconcerting. These recurrent administrative issues indicate a need for considerable improvement in the back office operations. Such errors, especially related to billing, create unnecessary distractions for members whose primary aim is fitness, not wrestling with financial inconsistencies. In light of these experiences, I feel compelled to give this Crunch location a 4-star rating. Despite its merits, the administrative oversights have notably dampened my experience. I hope that they take these concerns seriously and work towards providing a more seamless and transparent experience for their members.

They are aweful if your thinking of getting a membership don't . They charged my account during covid every month and gym was closed. I cacelled them finally by going in person when they became active they still made me pay a 79.00 annual fee for the year after I cancelled face to face . DON'T go to this gym the staff is rude they will charge your account when they want without your authorization. They will run it on whatever date they feel and if they make a mistake they will NOT refund you or correct the error. The gym is small and also smells bad as well and they don't keep it clean well at all . They need to disinfect due to diseases. WIPE down your nasty machines .

I love that it feels new, but is still grimy— in the BEST way possible. Like, you know the guests go there to REALLY put in work and not just sit around and be cute for the “gram”. I appreciate that aspect in a gym. Very vibrant, lots of energy! And who can beat it being next to a Target!! And other pretty cool establishments.

I've been going to this location since October and what it lacks in size it definitely makes up for in personality. The staff are so friendly and helpful- namely Terry, Ariana and Jordan. Jordan has trained me for over a year and he has helped me so much. Love this place, highly recommend!

I would’ve given this gym 3 stars due to it being so small and not enough equipment, but I’m giving it 1 star due to my trainer. I initially signed up for trainings on Sundays - the first Sunday, my trainer didn’t show up. He called 30 minutes later asking to reschedule. The next two Sundays, he was extremely late. He then asked me to schedule time on Saturdays. I should’ve went with my gut feeling and requested another trainer. With all the money I paid upfront for these sessions, I should’ve been accommodated. It turned out that Saturdays didn’t work either - he was late quite a few times. The last scheduled Saturday training with him, I reported to the gym, on time. He called asking if I could reschedule. My response to him was no and that I would not be extending or purchasing any future sessions with him. His lateness is not the only complaint I have. I’ve immediately joined OneLife Fitness.

Amenities are always in very poor conditions. Regardless of the time I visit the location it’s filthy. Expect cold showers, and a sauna that has not been bleached. Several requests have been made yet no improvements. As the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for.”The location is great (5 minutes from my office).

Staff member (Won’t insert their name) truly lacked the ability to maintain professionalism while transitioning from downtime to helping a club member with their membership. I came in with questions about my payment schedule, but was instead greeted with a overly playful and condescending staff member. When all you want to do is come in and handle business; it can be frustrating when your service provider isn’t being professional and respectful. im not saying this staff member isn’t coachable; he just needs to be coach! Thank you!
