Great Gym, I love the vibe and atmosphere of the gym every time I come in , the staff welcomes you in with good energy, to get you going for your workout. One of the best gyms i’ve been to ever since looking for a new gym, great equipment and just enough weights for everyone to go around and use. Crunch is defiantly the place to go!

Gym looked nice, was definitely intrigued. It showed online that they have a free 7 day pass...came in and they said they could only honor a one day pass. Came in here to workout and feel out the gym for myself before signing up. Faced with the manager instead...who proceeded to give an uncomfortably overbearing and aggressive sales pitch. Thankful that I didn't sign any agreement - including for a free day pass. They wanted my credit card info to lock in some rate for a contract...meanwhile I didn't even know if I liked this gym yet as I haven't even gotten a feel for it before I'm being pressured to sign some document. Felt like a walking dollar sign in here. I get it, sales are important...but less is more.

Recently got a membership at Crunch. The feel of the gym overall is nice, the staff is great as well. I got a few sessions with a personal trainer and Quentin who was chosen for me has been great. His attention to detail and his approach are great. I've had great experiences with him and definitely recommend him as your personal trainer.

I love coming to crunch!! High quality classes with a high quality trainer!! Ashlee is the best trainer for the HIIT classes. She genuinely cares about the people taking her class and takes the time to correct them to make sure we're doing the workout correctly. She definitely breaks me out of my comfort zone and always pushes me to keep going!! If your looking for an amazing workout and trainer come check out my girl Ashlee!!!!!

I had sworn off gyms…. Until I joined Crunch and started training with Coach Drake.Personal training has been a game changer for me— in just my first month, my posture, stress management, and energy levels have dramatically improved. Most importantly, Drake respects my goals to get stronger. Too many times in the past, trainers have pushed me (and other female friends of mine) to be thinner. But now, exercise no longer feels like a punishment for being in a bigger body. I’m genuinely motivated to improve because I feel safe, seen, and valued here.Cheers to Crunch!

Update: randomly got charged a late fee today although the guy who signed me up said he put me on automatic draft so that doesn’t really make sense. When I called the front desk employee told me he didn’t have jurisdiction to send me a receipt and couldn’t tell me what the charge was for.Just avoid a major headache and just join at any of the other area gyms.Gym is okay but typically rather crowded. Always groups of people on the squat racks just chilling and hanging out which makes it hard to use. Tried to cancel after only coming in once or twice because the gym was way too crowded for my liking and they told me there s a 90 day commitment although no one told me that to begin with. I was also told after wanting to cancel that I could have done so within the first 7 days but since it had been 9 days they couldn't do it.I requested they go ahead and cancel the membership (I would keep paying until dec) so I would not have to remember to come back in 90 days to cancel and they said "sorry we can't do they you will have to remember to come in after your 90 day period"Not too mad about the situation but just wish the front desk staff or the website would have told about the 90 day commitment. Probably won't even step foot back in there unless it is to cancel.

I am not at all happy with how they handled with my training cancellation. When I joined, I told the trainer that I will take 4 express sessions only. So I thought I am gonna be charged 208$ only. But it was added for total 16 sessions(832$) in the agreement, unfortunately I didn’t read that it was there and I signed it on the day I joined.Later, I took my 4 sessions and thought it was done. Then, I got to know that I was charged 208$ for the next month, though I didn’t attend any other sessions. So, today I went there to cancel it, and he simply said I was signed agreement and I need to pay for next month 208$ as well since I am not having 30 days for next payment date.May be it was my bad to not to read the agreement before I signed. But I knew I never asked for more than 4 sessions. They could be kind and atleast could have cancelled without taking next payment. So please be careful if you ever gonna take the personal training.Again I am very much disappointed, I had a very good impression the place. But now it’s gone.

My second home! Crunch at perimeter is a great fitness gym. The employees are great and super friendly. If you need anything or have any questions, def ask for Buddha! Miguel works front desk in the morning and his playlist will get your hyped!

Firstly, this is my most favorite gym on the planet! Logan, Chief Micco, & Jen give extraordinary customer service; so very kind! They make you feel like family. I visit the area, and get a week pass every other month or so...and they remember me each time that I visit. The equipment provided is all you need and more. The facility's music we'll have you dancing while your getting your swole on. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Crunch Fitness Perimeter. 💪🏽

Used this gym maybe 4-5 times, the personal trainer was great, but I was involved in an accident in June, signed the cancellation paperwork and they attempt daily to charge me over $1,000 for membership when I’ve only used their facility a limited number of times! Right is right and trying to charge over $1k fora gym not used is predatory at the least, especially during these economic times!!! They are predatory thieves!!
