I joined Crunch Fitness Perimeter the day it opened in 2017 and met some incredible people who worked there and worked out there. I was so thankful that they opened so quickly after Covid, making it possible for me to escape the house, if even for just a quick workout. They keep the gym in tip-top shape, and the bathroom is always clean. I have made lifelong friends there.Unfortunately, I had a single interaction with the personal training manager, Jordan, which, in that single visit, made me no longer want to ever again step foot in a Crunch Fitness. I quit the club after over five years of 5-day-a-week attendance (at the $24.99/mo level), leaving hundreds of dollars worth of unused personal training on the table. One interaction, with one guy, who I had never met before outweighed over five great years of attending Crunch.

Been lifting here for ab 2.5 months since moving & Crunch @perimeter has everything I need for strength training. Its smaller than some of the other clubs I’ve been to and gets pretty busy sometimes but they get the job done and its clean! Staff is nice :-)

Currently have a membership as my apartment gym is undergoing renovations - this location is great. Extremely crowded at peak times but is much more manageable starting around 8pm. The workers are solid and will hand out free 1-day passes to give to your friends. The equipment is nice - not the best but has everything you need to get a good workout in.

Just started my membership and Jayson the Healer was the absolute best !! Helped me with any questions I had and with new workouts, don’t be afraid and go sign up with him!! Won’t regret it I promise.

I appreciate the help from the workers, it was amazing. Jayson and Miles were very helpful and great, definitely will be coming again!

Planet fitness is much better. Ryan is a very bad sales person trying to upsell and being aggressive when you say you dont want the extra they try to give you.

An awesome and clean gym with everything you need and a very friendly staff. David was a big help getting me back into the gym routine.

It's a good gym in the Dunwoody area. I liked the crowd but still you will not have to wait for the equipments. There are scheduled training as well for people who like to train in groups.

This place is full of Frauds. I went for a $10 Trial class on 5th Sep 2021 with Madison as Instructor. I thought it was too expensive so did not sign up further. However, I saw a email on 10 Sep that my credit card has been charged for membership which I never took. I spoke to the manager and he assured it was a mistake and he had processed a refund. However, I was still being charged. I spoke to the manager again on 19th Jan and then the same song and dance that we have processed the request you would see the refund in few weeks. But till now they are still charging.I have a bad feeling about the management and the way this center is being run. Please BE AWARE!

If I could give zero stars I would. This business is corrupt - I was part of the perks membership and they took hundreds of dollars from me and never gave me the promised services, or gym access for over 6 months with tons of back n forth correspondence that resulted in both my time and money being wasted by this company.
