I've never been a gym person but have been blown away by the quality of the ARX workout, and most importantly, how it gives me the results of an intense 1 hour workout in only 20 minutes! You won't believe it until you try it (trust me) so just book a free tour with Tammy and see the magic for yourself!

I've been working out at NextAge since they opened. The staff is friendly, capable, and informed. The workout is very effective, but the time savings is really the best part. Before, I worked out six hours per week. With NextAge, I get better results in 20 minutes per week. The math speaks for itself.

I enjoyed working with Next Age Fitness. I was very impressed with how effective the once a week 20 minute work out was at building muscle. Its a great fit for someone with a busy schedule and not a lot of time to workout. Tammy was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend giving them a try for yourself.

I never thought I would look forward to working out, but when I only have to do it once a week, for 20 minutes and it has made me stronger than I have ever been, it is easy to recommend. Tammy is intent on giving you the best results for your goals!Go have a trial workout and you will see the value!

I never worked out until now and discovered ARX at the Bulletproof Biohacking Conference a few years ago. It's awesome to know that the only weight training you need to do is 1x per week for 15-20 min MAX and you don't even have to go home to change out of your work clothes (def lunch-break possible). Every muscle in my body is completely fatigued in 8 reps of 4-6 different moves. It is so hard to explain but try it once and you'll see. Tammy is a great motivator and the technology used in this machine is like nothing else. True "bio-hacking" here with ARX.

I don’t like working out but I love this! I really like the machines and the fact that I can measure current performance to past performance, which really motivates me to push myself harder. Tammy is great!

It's a nice system but they refused to honor their Grand Opening pricing after 9 months. Beware!

I had a wonderful experience at Next Age Fitness. As someone who can appreciate data, I loved the machines compare your current performance with past performance and you can challenge yourself in that way. Tammy and Scott are super nice and inviting, and good and keeping their clients motivated! Definitely recommend checking it out!
